Called them to fix my washer, it was making a small sound, as soon as they were done working on it the washer started giving an error every time it is ran.

They came out to look at it three times and it still isn’t fixed. They tried to blame it on the location of my drain pipe. A pipe that has been in that location over thirty years with no issue.

The tech that said this was yelling so loudly that my neighbor could hear him and called me. I never raised my voice or talked down to him in return to his rudeness. I did roll my eyes (bc they have been here three times) and the tech said “don’t you dare roll your eyes at me while I’m speaking to you.”

I reported him to the company and they sided with him and his verdict. They offered to come out and look at it a fourth time but I’m honestly worn out dealing with this company. Horrible service and I’m out $350 for nothing!!
