Ryan Childers was my technician. I needed a recall part on my ice maker. Getting to it wasn't the easiest thing to do. But he managed and all with a smile 😃. I told him about my washer not working properly, so he took a look at it. It was a problem that he immediately recognized and fixed it in minutes. My valve was not turned on of all things! I definitely recommend this company and make sure you ask for Ryan!

I did get a window time of 9-noon. Now I think that is fair. Most companies give you a window of time. The technician Justin arrived around 11:30. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer in a matter of seconds. He had the part with him and had my dryer up and running in about 30-40 minutes. Justin was great!!! I will definitely call Universal Appliance again for any appliance issues.

So I came to them after the other Samsung repair place failed to repair my fridge. They defrosted it again and replaced the sensor, again, and a couple months later the same issue happened, so I decided to give them another shot since they actually answer the phone. Kenny and Justin were the two techs I dealt with and both were professional and knowledgeable, and guess what, it's been about two weeks and my fridge is still holding cold properly. As long as it stays that way, we good, my dudes.
