“Excellent service from each person who came to restore my bedroom completely wrecked by storm damage. They were skillful, relational proficient, efficient - from roofers, to painters, and especially Ian, the man who repaired the pocket door that separated 2 bedrooms. He repaired door jambs that had to be removed to finish the task. He reattached, painted, rehung art; there were floor cleaners who came so furniture can be placed back in bedroom, leaving it in mint condition (the name of paint color in attached room). Oliver hires only the best! Can't give him enough stars to measure the quality of his work & of those he hires.”

I would highly recommend RIR/Restore it Right restoration service. They were very helpful, responsive, easy to work with, and did a beautiful job replacing our roof and repairing interior damage in our home after a terrible wind storm.

These guys were very Professional. They showed up on time, they took their shoes off, they were NOT on their phones or taking smoke breaks. They were even on their hands and knees wiping the floors, on their way out. Oliver & his Guys were TERRIFIC!

Mitigation went very smoothly walls route in no time New drywall was placed in painting was done. Looked very good to quickly quickly. They also installed new flooring and installed a new shower. Very happy with the work overall.

Oliver and his team at Restore it Right Kentucky did a great job for me. Couldnt be happier with the result from our extensive water damage. We had to replace flooring, drywall, doors, kitchen cabinets and wood trim. Did some minor electrical and plumbing work as well. All came out better than it was to begin with! A++++

This company is very amazing to work with. Oliver, Michelle and the team make things very easy. They are very honest and trustworthy and that is something very hard to find this days. Their prices are very reasonable and the work is always nice and clean. They are definitely worth giving a try if you are looking for the kind of work they do.

Olivers team did a great job with the asbestos removal and working with the insurance company after a water leak which required us to stay in a local hotel. Thank you insurance! The team was courteous and set barriers to protect other parts of the rooms and house. We are now down to the slab foundation and ready for new flooring.

Oliver was very professional to work with. He took care of the damaged roof from the storm in Feb. 2023. Worked with the insurance company to get us a full replacement. He also took care of the interior damage from water getting into the house. We would recommend.

Amazing experience with this company!! Prompt attention, orchestrated by a project manager who kept me informed. While different portions of the work were done by different teams on different days, they were always on time, were very courteous and professional, very good at what they each did, did a great job, and left my place immaculate! Couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience. I'd recommend them very highly!

I have worked with oliver many times over the years and he is one of the best restoration contractors in the business. RiR ky was recently given a bad review by a home owner last name ( Logsdon) that was meant for my company Restore Rite LLC. Mrs logsdon was unhappy we did not do a full roof inspection for wind damage and hail. We explained we were given an assignment by her insurance company for a hail inspection only and we have to abide by their rules. We did offer to do a full inspection as soon as we spoke to her insurance company and got permission. We also did a free temporary repair to a leaking roof boot to keep her from incurring any more damage until she was able to get the roof repaired. At this point she did not want the full inspection and ask us to leave. When we are sent directly by the insurance company we have to abide by their rules and did offer to come back for a full inspection. RiR-ky should not be receiving a bad review and in my opinion no one should. Oliver my apologies for any inconvenience this caused you.

Oliver and his team rebuild our home after our housefire. They were there just hours after the fire to board up and make sure that whatever was left was safe. He helped us navigate the insurance company, which was trying during our worst of times, and was there the next morning when a storm took out a tree during our restoration process. They were responsive to questions, polite and kind to us. We appreciate this team! They did a great job for us.
