DDR did an awesome job on my addition and kitchen remodel. Loving the new space. Chris Thomas was great to work with throughout the project. Very responsive to questions and kept me up to date on timing.

Had several companies come and talk to us about our covered patio. We had an outside deck removed and a covered patio built. DD&R seemed to be the most professional remodeling company we spoke to ( not to mention the price seemed to be reasonable.) We were assigned a project manager who spoke to us everyday and was very professional also. When we would call our PM , he would answer by saying “Hello David what can I do for you today.” Very impressive company to work with and very glad we did.

From the first consultation with Randy I was impressed with the professionalism as he walked me through DDR's, process.
When I met the Project Manager, Leroy, again, the professionalism and detailed planning were top notch.
The communication throughout the project was flawless as was the professionalism of all the tradesmen on the project. Start to finish my porch project was well organized and even the cleanup was very well done.
Having extensive experience in construction and remodeling, I could not find one flaw in the workmanship and I can recommend Distinctive Design & Remodeling to the most discerning client with confidence and without hesitation.

Awful Customer service! Tried to call the store to see if a kitchen designer working. Waited on the automated system for over 45 min.. so long that I got in my car and drove to the store while still on hold. Once I arrive I see several people standing around in multiple departments. Who answers the phone at this place! I went to the kitchen department and the designer was with another Customer, which is fine, but it took her 5 min to even acknowledge that I was standing there. I asked if there was a designer in this even which her reply was "yes, but I'm leaving in 45 min." Making it very apparent she had no time for me. Looks like Lowe's will be getting my business!

I had a broken toilet so I had to go in here to buy the parts to fix it. The lady that was working in the plumbing aisle was extremely helpful. She showed me how to look through all the items and see which one I needed for myself. I was able to buy what I needed and it was such a relief not to have to hire a plumber to come and fix the toilet when I can just do it myself for a lot less money.

Pat at Sanders Sales & Service knows everything there is to know about septic systems, grinder pumps, ejector pumps and wiring them. We had another company come out to repair/replace our Zoeller pump which had failed. The other plumbing/electric company spent over 12 hours here on multiple days with no success even after replacing the pump with a new Zoeller one. Sanders Sales and Service was here for less than 2 hours and everything is completely fixed. They saved me after one week without use of my home plumbing. I give them 5-stars for knowledge, responsiveness and overall courtesy. Whole-heartedly recommend them for any and all of your pump needs.

Had new counters installed by one of their contractors. They were timely, neat, and did an excellent job.

SETH in the flooring department was AWESOME!!! IMPRESSED by his knowledge of all the carpet, padding and vinyl flooring for my mom's house. Thanks Seth for the wonderful customer service.

The pick up service is easy and fast for online orders

Very straightforward. Went in to get cellular blinds and the gent gave me what I was looking for quickly without trying to upsell me. That said, he also acted like there were only two types of cellular blinds in the world, and he didn't mention the other variety they had carry which was 25% cheaper. Overall I'm happy with what I got.
