My family has had many occasions to use Corrigan Electric. I have had an additional oven installed in my kitchen with a new "220" service, new service in the bathrooms, and recently Corrigan installed a new service outside the residence. Always, the service of Corrigan is top notch, always on time for appointments.

Storm damage that ripped off our weatherhead outside. Called Corrigan at 1:15pm (on Memorial Day) , they arrived within 30 minutes and the technician was so kind and quick. I was so amazed how quickly they got us fixed up and ready to go so LG&E could do their part. So grateful for how responsive and prompt they were so we could get one step closer to getting our power on.

Hi there! We were so pumped to have Shane in our home yesterday! He performed a tuneup on our Generac generator. He did a magnificent job with expertise we have come to expect through Corrigan Electric. We love his enthusiasm and energy. My whfe and I recently purchased our retirement home in Lagrange, Kentucky. Being new to the area(lifelong Illinois resident) we knew nothing about who to use for our electrical needs. Our electrical system in our home did not meet code standards and needed an update. Corrigan Electric came out and gave me a quote. Then two weeks later sent a crew out to do the work! All done in a timely manner and I feel much better that i will have no electrical issues moving forward.

Hayden did a great job. He solved my issues very quickly. He arrived on time and was friendly and efficient. I would definitely call Corrigan again for any electrical problem!

Our lights suddenly went out in both bathrooms upstairs and we have family arriving Sunday for Thanksgiving. They worked us in within 24 hours to get someone out. He fixed the problem quickly. Love how Corrigan went out of their way to make this happen for us. Technician was knowledgable and friendly. Very happy customer!

Do not use for generator service!

Last year I moved. The new house had a generator that Corrigan installed. Dec 17, the power went out and the generator did not work. So, I called them to come and fix it.

They came out and said, "Yep, it's broke. Probably the battery. Those are ususally what the problem is. I don't have a battery with me. You should probably have us do a full service on it. That will be $125."

OK. If the battery is the most common problem, why didn't you bring one? Whatever, let's get this servicing scheduled. January came and they never got back with me. So I called asking when they were going to come and service it. "I can schedule you in two weeks." OK, whatever.

They show up. Replace the battery, drain the oil, change the spark plugs and oil filter. But it's not putting out the correct voltage. They tell me it needs a new breaker and they don't have one of those. They charge me $450 and tell me they'll get back out as soon as they get the breaker. OK, whatever.

Early February, I called to see if they got the breaker. "Oh, terribly sorry, the service guy will call you later today."

Never called back. It's now March and they still haven't fixed it.

Corrigan has been my electrician on more than one occasion, the latest being this winter during the addition of a room. They did an exceptional job in a timely manner during nasty weather. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the actual electricians but I have to give Corrigan a big thumbs up.

I have Corrigan Electric listed in my contacts as our electrician. We have used them numerous times over the years and have always been satisfied both by their work and by their cost. Over the years, we gotten different electricians and sometimes the same electrician. But it didn’t matter, all were very professional. They have our confidence and our recommendation.

We had a pull-chain light stop working in our basement and needed a problem with electrical outlets in our garage diagnosed and fixed. Tony was efficient, courteous, helpfully answered questions, and took care of both issues. He also worked on the exhaust fan in our bathroom. Corrigan has had to order a replacement fan that will fit, but Tony did a good job cleaning up after taking out the old fan.

Corrigan Electric has been great to me! Whenever I have any issue they respond quickly. Their people are well informed and remember the "little" things about my property that makes a difference to me! That is GREAT customer service!

Had a great experience with Corrigan today. My outlet suddenly went out that my fridge was connected to, and I was absolutely panicking about losing all my food by the time I could get someone here to fix it (which, coincidentally I had just filled with $200 worth of groceries). I called Corrigan and spoke with Angie, who was just absolutely lovely and helpful, and they were able to get someone out to my house within literally 2 hours!! The gentleman was extremely polite and quickly was able to fix the problem and also explain to me what happened. He also offered to and was willing to fix another electrical problem I had in my kitchen which I had put off for years. Not only did my fridge get saved, but I can use all my outlets again! He was also extremely considerate and cleaned up every bit of dust, above and beyond what he had to. The price was very reasonable and they did not even charge me an extra fee for the expedited service. I would definitely trust them to handle any future work and am so grateful to them for saving the day!

My dad who is 90yrs old had his generator service completed by Shane Corrigan recently. Shane arrived on time and completed the scheduled work promptly and efficiently. All of my experiences with Corrigan Electric have been super! The office staff is always courteous and helpful. The technicians are tops in knowledge and experience. I highly recommend Corrigan Electric for all your electric needs.

Corrigan Electric went above and beyond to help my family during an emergency situation. A family member has a medical condition that requires oxygen to survive. Our generator was broken and a dangerous ice storm was coming that was probably going to cause us to lose power. Shawn Corrigan and the entire Corrigan team bent over backwards to install a generator before the storm came potentially saving a life. We will always be indebted to Corrigan Electric for their kindness, skill, and professionalism.

We had our electrical panel upgraded, 28 recessed lights installed, along with some miscellaneous electrical work done in our house. The job was completed today 08/19/24. Travis and Nate were the electricians working our job. They were very professional, cordial, polite and did a great job for us. They kept the job site very clean and arrived each day at the promised time. The only issues we had with the entire process was with the scheduling of the job and 2 things we talked to the sales counselor/estimator about having done that did not get included in our estimate and we missed it when reviewing the paperwork and approving the estimate. The scheduler told us this would be a 2 day job, it actually took 5 days. This is not a reflection of the electricians that worked at our house, but of the scheduling process. We had a great experience and we would call on Corrigan again for any of our future electrical needs. The addition of the recessed lights have made a huge difference in our 56 year old house, we love the new fixtures.

On July 4th, I lost power suddenly due to a broken tree limb. The limb entangled in my power line and pulled out the connection to my house. I called Corrigan and James responded very quickly. He contacted Hayden who came out on his day off to reconnect the house connection. Then James repeatedly called LG&E to make sure they reconnected the wires. I cannot speak highly enough of them!

John arrived on time, did excellent work, and did it expeditiously. This is the third time we have had Corrigan Electric help us with projects or concerns. If we need electrical work, we call Corrigan.

Zack did a great job servicing our generator today, he called in advance and notified us when he arrived and when he was switching us over to the generator and back to house power. A real gentleman.
By the way we paid per American Express this morning with a phone call to your office, that should satisfy the bill attached to this email.

Corrigan Electric did an excellent job in wiring my newly built home. The switches align with the lighting, not just random switches in any order. They recommended lighting in areas that made a tremendous improvement over the original plan. They were prompt, courteous and friendly. I recommend them to everyone and they will be the company that provides my electrical needs in the future.

Corrigan does an excellent job keeping my home generator working at top performance. I had another company come out to work on my generator and it was not a good experience. This year I purchased a maintenance plan with Corrigan to get regular check ups on my generator. My service technician Brandon Lynn does an excellent job keeping my generator performing at its best. Thank you for the knowledge and expertise maintaining my generator.

Corrigan did a nice job from start to finish. Eric was helpful with initial planning, proposal and purchase. Tony Hughes came to our home to do the work. There was a minor error in amps of the cord necessary to plug into the generator but Tony & Corrigan rectified that quickly and professionally. Finally, Tony stayed to ensure we understood how the system worked and fired it up ourselves. Office staff was also helpful every step of the way as well.
