Finding an affordable, responsive AND punctual handy man service is TOUGH! Tony and his team fill that void and provide a quality service at a good rate. He fixes things right the first time and is well versed in a lot of different home systems. Great company and highly recommend!

In the process of getting quotes for a bathroom remodel. Tony communicated and listened very intently from the start. They were quick to get back to us with the quote and the price was very much in line with others. We have not been able to move forward as of yet but will definitely be contacting Killian's Handyman Service prior to making the final service. I have seen his personal residence both before and after the remodels he completed. Very nice work.

Tony and his crew did a fantastic job in my kitchen. I had a dishwasher leak all over my floor and into the basement. They replaced the hardwood floor with tile and fixed the ceiling in my sons bedroom. They estimated that it would take 3 weeks, but it only took one and a half weeks. I would highly recommend them.

Tony has completed two major projects for the facility I operate and both turned out better than we had hoped. Tony and his team are very professional, excellent communicators, reasonably priced, and take great care with the work they do.

Tony and his team were able to fix our problem quickly and efficiently. We discovered more issues than we expected, but they were still able to get everything done on time and budget! They cleaned up after themselves as well.

Tony has done multiple projects for our family. We first met Tony when we started a full renovation on his newly purchased home. Tony and his crew demoed 2 bathrooms, the kitchen and updated the fireplace. The house tired out beautiful. Tony then did work for my husband and myself this past summer. He repaired an outside soffit and replaced our old French doors. He also replaced all the wood on the walking surface of our deck. Tony is very fair on pricing and efficient. If he says he is going to be at your house at 8 he is there early. Tony will definitely do more work for our family.

KCGI was fantastic to work with. After lightning struck our chimney and damaged the bricks—on the three-story side of the house, no less—they handled everything quickly and professionally. They brought in the lift that was needed for the job and still completed the work in a timely manner. Their communication was great throughout the entire process, and I’m very thankful for the quality of their work. I highly recommend KCGI for any repair or contracting needs.

I could not have been happier with the work that Designer Builders did on my home between September 2012 and January 2013, which included a full kitchen remodel, vaulting some ceilings, and installing 3 skylights. The end product I received was better than I dreamed it could have been. Their whole team is very professional and I got along with them very well. They were always on time and communicated things to me regularly throughout the process, always asking for my input on decisions but also giving their opinions when asked, as well. I actually missed having them in the house working after they were done!!! They are a bunch of great guys and true professionals. If you ever need help on a remodeling project, give them a call!
