Wes Beams and his crew did a great job on our roof, gutters and siding. Wes is a prompt and reliable guy who I think really cares about his work. There were a couple of times that I didn’t want to hear from him, like when he said the siding on our house was in bad shape and needed to be replaced, which meant a higher budget than I had planned. But when I saw the damage he was talking about, I couldn’t argue. He is conscientious and wanted to make sure the work we did was the work that needed to be done. I had to call him back out on a couple of small details, but he was responsive and courteous in taking care of any issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Wes again.

I can’t say enough about Wes and his team! We had all of our Banister and balustrades replaced in our home. We absolutely Love the final product! They did a beautiful job in the timely manner and within our budget. I would highly recommend Beam’s Remodeling!

Chris and Wes were very professional, on time and did an excellent job repairing my deck. Very easy to converse with and truly feel they want the customer to be satisfied.

It has been a pleasure to work with Wes and his crew. Very transparent, respectful and fun! After a 100ft tall oak tree fell on my home, they began repairs way ahead of schedule, worked great with my insurance, and have completed the work rapidly. These are great people in a sea of disingenuous contractors, we need more folks like Wes and his crew.

Wes did an excellent job with the total remodel of the interior of my 69-year-old house, extensive demo and redo of bathrooms, all new fixtures, flooring, painting, electrical, new plumbing, finished basement, and exterior drainage. The house is just beautiful! He was also terrific about communicating every step of the way.

Wes and his guys replaced our deck last month. They tore out the old deck and completely rebuilt a new one. They listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. We have a brand new, solid deck that looks great!

Beams did a wonderful job remodeling my office! Everything from new floors to new ceiling tiles, painting, and they even went above and beyond installing and adjusting my cabinets. I could not be happier with the finished look, and I'd recommend their work to anyone looking for a quality contractor!

Wes Beams did an outstanding job on our home addition and remodel. His team exceeded my expectations. His team was professional and communicated every step of the way. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding. I interviewed several contractors, and none of them compared to Wes. He was the most detailed oriented and professional GC out of everyone I considered. There was no doubt in my mind he was the right fit for me and my family. My family and I truly enjoy our new spaces.

This warranty has paid for itself two years in a row for me! My furnace went out one night and they had a repair man at my door the next day! 100% would recommend!

I have had Homeserve for over 10 years and have only used them for heating maintenance,nothing major. I recently had a problem with my light fixtures in my bathroom in a home I moved into only a year ago. They sent an electrician out from as he was trying to figure out what was wrong he blew the power out in my bedroom on one side. He said oops I'm not sure why that happened somethings not right, I have to talk to HomeServe and see what they say. Mind you now I've been without power to my side of my bedroom for over a week and nobody called. I called HomeServe letting them know I need my side of my room working because I have to use my sleep machine to keep my oxygen up. They said they would get someone to call me. They call the next day saying that my bathroom was rewired wrong and they don't pay for nothing but normal wear and tear. I explained that I moved in my house like that but if they can't fix it, have the company come back out and fix my side of the bedroom and put my fixtures back up and I'll figure things out. They said they couldn't do that and the company that came out would give me a quote on fixing it all. No matter how they tried to explain it it does not make since to me. I will be letting them go and finding a better company. I have spent years of money with them and this is how they treat people.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Home serve gave me a price of $4.99 it ended up being $16.41 then when I tried to cancel I was talked to like I was a clown, laughed at then told to call the water company. Hours later and a call loop from homeserve and the Louisville company my account is still being charged. DO NOT use this service.
