Our full heating/cooling system stopped working so I did a google search and A+ Derr was the top rated service with glowing reviews. Less than 2 hours after I called they were able to send someone over. Zach P. did a great job! He was very friendly and super knowledgeable. He figured out the problem quickly and was able to get my system fixed right away! It was truly a painless & stress free experience! 10/10 recommend!

Very professional service, was talked through options for replacing our heat pump, all technicians were very polite, cleaned up after themselves, and they provided a great solution to some extra duct work for our second story. Would recommend them for new equipment and heating/cooling concerns

They did a great job. Both Brad and Jacob we're respectful and professional they got in and out in about 8 hours replacing both my AC unit and air handler with a new thermostat

Professional, polite, and clean. Knowledgeable about the products that were installed. I got a lot of estimates, but the Lennox system that I got here, just wasn't matched by anyone else.

My flue pipe broke and we had to turn our furnace off yesterday. Joe came today and was able to install a new one. Needless to say our furnace is pretty much in a closet does not allow any wiggle room. This made the repair less than ideal. However Joe fixed it in a very timely manner and my heat is back on.

Jordan was wonderful as were all the guys who came to install our systems, including managers and district managers. We are very satisfied with the work and how nice all of the guys were on the phone and in person. We would surely recommend your company! Thank you!

A+ Derr did a fantasic job with replacing my AC unit and Coil. Jordan Sullivan installed my unit. They were honest and very respectful. They were not leaving until all issues were addressed. I would recommend A+ Derr to anyone that needs Heating and AC work. Great job guys!

Felt like they were up selling me to better equipment, but still gave me a great price.

Though there was some miscommunication (likely on my part) Mark Robertson came
to check my new unit and though he didn’t have a new filter on him because he thought he was coming to do a repair, he was AMAZING and I actually learned some things about hvac from him. He took the time to explain how they work and how to help keep them running smoothly. My unit doesn’t work nearly as much or as hard as my old unit, saving a lot of money! We can all use that nowadays! Thanks Mark, and A+Derr! I’ll be using you again for replacement of units at my house too!

I am redacting some of this due to scheduling. They have been at the least 2 hours before their appointment window time. I had to have a breaker changed because the state inspection required it. The tech showed up 4 hours early. I was home thankfully. I said something to the tech and he said he had a bunch of “notes” he didn’t know what was going on. I can only imagine that I had notes stating I wasn’t home (in previous scheduled visits) & I’m an awful client. Then I wanted to have units bid on and installed in rentals and they want to come bid again at minimum 2 hours early. I don’t live at the rentals so I won’t be there waiting. The gal said she would bring it up to her “team” after I mentioned my previous experiences. We all have things going on and while I’m happy they’re ready and willing to work, they also need to understand that time is money for EVERYONE! Being 2-4 hours early is just as bad as being 2-4 hours late. If a window of a couple hours is given then I expect someone in that window, not the 2-4 hours prior. Everything else has been great with them but seems like the scheduling software or the people using it needs some help with it.

After some small bumps in financing for mini split units for a rental my business partner & I own, we ironed things out and just had them installed today! Highly recommend! Stephen and Jordan did an amazing job and went over all the basics on the equipment with me. We got quotes from other hvac places and A+ Derr undercut them by $4,000+ in some cases. They are truly a good reliable company. Everything is hooked up and working wonderful!

Jacob and Victor were very professional and attend to every detail of their work. They did a good job removing and installing my new furnace and ac .

Victor Williams did the install and Brad Crabtree was the Salesman/initial consultation and the team was VERY professional! You get what you pay for and thus far we paid for QUALITY! Great team work even in the face of adversity with one of their techs having to work through a life challenge. The hardware was installed today but so far so good!

Got a couple quotes from different competitors. Received a quote from Brad Crabtree at A+Derr. When the estimate did not reach, my expectation, we were able to meet in the middle. Matt & Caleb just left. New AC & furnace system. I received High quality work, at an affordable cost, from an honest, dependable, reputable company. Glad I went with A+!
