Recently had a new HVAC system installed. Overall, I had a good experience with this company from the sales advisor (Brad Crabtree) to the service technicians (Jordan and Matt (x2)). The service took longer than expected but it was in a crawl space and there was a lot for the technicians to navigate. I appreciate each members kindness and willing to explain the process of installation. So far, the system works great!

I’m very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism by both Jordan and Brad also Collin for stepping in and fixing a breaker problem. These guys busted their butts for the customer and went over and beyond what I expected. They also cleaned up like they were never here. Great job guys. That goes along way.
They will definitely be my only choice if I ever need anything in the future. I would recommend them also.

Brandon worked hard out in the heat to get my AC going and did what he could for the 30 year old system until a new unit can be installed so what more can you ask thanks A+ Derr Also Jordan came today and put my new system in and it was a hot one outside he did a good job and worked hard all day now im cool again!!!

I looked at several HVAC companies to replace my furnace and air conditioning system. A+ Derr seems to be much more on the ball than the other companies I talked to. Quotes were professionally prepared and sent promptly. Not so with the other companies. The price was also quite a bit lower than other companies. Once I decided, Ian and Zach were there the very next day promptly at 8:30. They were both very personable and courteous. They explained everything to me in as much detail as I wanted . And they even took the time to go over why they did things a certain way. That meant a lot to me. The system they installed is state of the art and I’m not going to lie. I think it’s gorgeous. And the installation is top notch. I’m hoping for another 25 years out of this system.

What an awesome business. They put in my AC and furnace in 2019 and are still so helpful. My AC stopped last week and they walked me through it. Leon was extremely nice and helpful. I'm recommending Anytime heating and AC to everyone at work and our customers who need help with their hearing and AC needs. Thank you again.

He was very nice, asked if I had any questions, showed me my product book, how to operate the new thermostat, and explained the service plan for the next year. In addition, he cleaned all of his debris.

Jordan and his apprentice were very nice. Worked hard and efficient to get my new furnace and ac installed. They also discovered a leak in one of pipes. And called someone to come and fix it also.

I have used their service twice at my first home and my new home. Both times they provided an estimate inclusive of a better AC system at a much lower cost than their competitors. Also the systems were installed and running within 48 hours of signing contracts. I can’t say enough about them, and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new ac system. Otherwise you’ll be paying a lot more for less.

I purchased a completely new system, furnace, A/C, and tankless hot water heater. The crew came on site and performed the installation THE NEXT DAY. The did outstanding work and completed the installation in about
5 hours. Very professional and thorough. Would highly recommend the team from A+ Derr.

The crew from A+Derr came prepared!!!, Damien and his crew removed 8 rooms of Duct work, the Furnace, the AC, and Water heater. Over the next day and 1/2 they busted their butts to get the job done. By day 2 they had everything installed,even took the time to cut out an extra vent for 1 of the rooms.

We financed a hot water heater, furnace and a central air unit through A+Derr heating and cooling & we are very pleased!! The whole process went smoothly. Their Comfort Advisor, Brad Crabtree, was very informative and helped me choose the best units for our needs & walked me through the whole fiance process which turned out to be about 10 minutes or less. I was really nervous about that part cause we r low income but we got a low interest rate, affordable loan, no problem. I was really happy about that.
Victor Williams, Josh, and Brad did the installations & they did an outstanding job. Josh did the hot water heater by himself & Victor & Brad did the AC unit & furnace on a separate day. We didn't have to wait for our appointment long (1 day) This team really knows their business & were very detailed. You don't see that too often anymore. They were professional & friendly. They showed up on time, kept good communication letting us know what was getting done & when, let us know when they were arriving, etc. They were also respectful of our property & cleaned up well when they were done.
It's been a long time since I've seen a hard working crew like this that cared enough to give great service. They didn't race out the door, they did the job right, there was a lot of little mickey mouse details that they went over at the end making sure everything was just right. Of course they showed me how to use the digital thermostat & how to maintain things. I would highly recommend A+DERR They have good warranty and Lenox is all good, can't say enough good things about my experience 😊

I had a great experience with the team at A+ Derr. Their prices were lower than the other companies I got, they offer good financing options and they were able to install within a week of giving the estimate. They cleaned up nicely after the install as well, and were very polite. I'm happy with my purchase!

The guys did a good job! Today they came and installed a new entire system. I have learned so much between the guy who quoted us and the people who came and installed. They made sure everything was right and set up properly before leaving by checking the vents and the temps that were blowing out.
Sad that we won't be using it long our selves as we are selling but it was definitely needed! Excited to see the change in our electric bill while we are still here. We also got the 12 months interest free financing. The crew with A+Derr is super friendly! I'm confident they did a wonderful job! I also shared a photo of the new thermostat they replaced as well. Temps were during the install lol

I chose A+Derr because of a recommendation and their job estimate. Under $5000 to replace my furnace and zero down financing made my decision easy. Brandon was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly completed the replacement. They have a customer for life with me. Excellent service!

Super great service they were on time, they had the old unit out in no time. Great explanation of the new unit. They finished the job in one day.
Update: we had a small issue over the weekend. Their 24 hour service was great, super fast response and issue was resolved ASAP

Had an issue in this brutal heat with the unit keeping up. They came oit next morning and found wr had a ventilation issue. Always professional, super nice. Thanks for such great service.

The sales person (Brad) and install agent (Brandon) were personable and knowledgeable. I had a whole house humidifier installed. I did need to have the technician come back out to adjust settings after the initial install, but the company was responsive and easy to work with. It's always nice to work with a company who considers customer service to be a priority.

We had been without heat for several days before contacting A+ Derr. Brad came out to look at our system and was very professional and knowledgeable. Our furnace was 33 years and we knew we needed to replace it. Brad showed us our options for a furnace, and did not pressure us to buy more than what we needed. They were able to set up installation for the next morning, which was a Saturday. Matthew was the technician and he worked alone in this job. He was respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job with the install and even tolerated our dachshund who loudly greeted him every time he came up the stairs. Thanks to Matthew, Brad and the entire A+ Derr team. I will definitely be calling them when it’s time to replace the A/C.

Matt Stinson was the nicest guy and a very knowledgeable technician. He showed up when he said he would and worked straight through to replace my gas furnace in a little more than half a day. He cleaned up after himself and we are thrilled to have a brand new furnace.
A+Derr has been very good to work with from start to finish. Cameron came for the estimate and was available all the way through the purchase process for every question I had. Multiple financing options and fair pricing for what it is.
Would recommend and will use again.

Jacob and Jordan were a pleasure to work with. They were On Time andefficient. The whole installation took about four hours and they kept my place neat and clean. They were also very polite And respectful! I would highly recommend A+DERR for your Heating & Cooling needs! Even the salesman who came out to look at my system and gave me the recommendations that I would need to replace my old unit, was polite and cordial. His name is Brad. He’s definitely very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel like he was being pushy at all. I feel like for the money I paid it was a good value for the quality of the product and service.

So, Jacob the technician does a good job. He originally installed the HVAC back in August 2025. However, the furnace stopped working twice, in 4 months! He came back in October, when it originally quit working, and again today. The issue is still not fixed and apparently another technician has to come next week (they are 3 technicians short this week), to permanently fix this issue. Again, I think Jacob is good, however I’m unsure if A+ Derr installed a faulty furnace… Pretty bad..
