We made a call to HomeServe and almost immediately got a call from Air Support Heating & Air to schedule service of our AC (which was surprising considering they were slammed with the AC season just starting). Their service specialist, Brian Lindell, was extremely professional and polite. He thoroughly evaluated the system and quickly found the issue. We now have AC! Thanks, Brian!

Air Support Sent Out a Young Man By The Name Of Dalton To Work On My AC Unit This Morning He Was Kind, Polite, and Very Knowledgeable He Definitely Knew What He Was Doing. But Because Of Circumstances Out Of His Control He Was Unable To Finish The Job at Hand, So I Cut Out The Middle Man (a Home Warranty Company) and The Owner Zachary Is Going To Help Me Take Care of The Situation . Honestly I Have Never Heard Of This Company Before a Few Days Ago but What I Do Know Is That They a Great Group Of People and The Company Itself Is Just as Great, If You Need Your HVAC System Worked on Call Them Before You Call The Commercial Companies.
Follow UP On My AC, After Kicking Choice Home Warranty To The Curb I Reached Out To Zach From Air Support He Came Out Quoted Me Price On a New AC Unit and The Deal Was Done!! Yesterday 6/5/24 I Had The Honor of Meeting Mike and Bryson Who Installed The Unit and Air Handler and I Can’t Say Enough About These 2 Young Men They Were Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Very Professional and They Got The Job in a Timely Manner. I Was Thankful That After One Month Without AC I Finally Had My AC Up and Running Again! If Anyone In The Kentuckiana Area Is Looking For a Great Reliable HVAC Company Reach Out To Zach With Air Support I Can Promise That You Will Not Be Disappointed.
