I was informed up front what the cost for the annual Inspection Fee of my A/C unit would be $99, which I was fine with.
But I did not find out until the date of service that I would to have to pay an additional $95 Labor Fee charge pertaining to servicing the A/C unit. That increased labor fee was because I needed the addition of freon, which was another separate charge.
I had no issue with being charged for the freon gas but was surprised by the unknown additional Labor Fee charge which was explained to me at the time of my service not prior. The additional Labor Fee charged should have been communicated to me up front on my booking date so I could have been made aware this. I was under the impression that all labor cost is included with the Inspection Fee. It is not.
Make sure to get all your get all your answers to your questions up front.
