daelyn shirley came out same day to look at a gas line for a stove. He was very friendly and helpful was straight to the point and got us scheduled for hook up. He made the process easy and simple and also helped save us on the price. Highly recommend bryant for your home projects.

Our first experience with Bryant was fantastic! Had a carrier unit and water heater installed and they are both doing great. Good value.

We had another unit put into our garage unit upstairs and the vendor they used gave us a faulty system that failed shortly after a year and the warranty expired after a year…. (Should last us 10-15 years). They mentioned the part would cost 2400 to fix or we would need a new unit is what they first assumed. It took Bryant a while to diagnose the problem. When they did we had trouble reaching them at first but they got back to us finally. It was an annoying process because we were being the iniators throughout the entire problem resolution process. They wanted us to speak with the vendor and the vendor has no incentive to help us because we dont do business with them, Bryant does. So that was weird.

It was difficult but Bryant came through in the end and got it all worked out with their vendor. We appreciate them hearing our voice and working with us! It was a near fluke incident I’d say that we recieved a faulty product but the first unit through them has been amazing and we are now back and running on our second.

Will use Bryant again for our future Hvac needs!

Our heat went out during the recent winter storm and we called Bryant. Thank goodness we did - Tim S. was at our house the very next morning and had it up and running again within 15 minutes. They were originally supposed to get here 9-12:00, and he was here at 8:30 AM. We couldn’t be more appreciative of Tim’s help!
