Our HVAC was declared dead on arrival by another company, and they immediately provided an estimate for total replacement. It was definitely approaching end of life, so I wasn’t entirely surprised. We had no air conditioning. It was hot.

I called Energy Control to provide another estimate. Instead, the technician walked over to our unit, fixed it (when others couldn’t or wouldn’t), explained exactly what he did in terms I could understand, and THEN provided a three tiered estimate for replacement (he agreed it was approaching or at end of life)for when the time was right for us.

This experience was a model of honestly, customer service and trust.

Why on earth would I call anyone else when the time comes?
