6 years ago we had a new York outdoor compressor installed for our HVAC system. It was surprisingly loud, but over the years technicians from Glanz and other companies said it was working properly. David Poetner was the first technician to agree that the fan motor was defective. He replaced the motor and related module this morning, after his assessment yesterday, and the improvement is remarkable; you can hardly tell that the unit is running. It's frustrating a bit that we have put up with this "jet engine" unit for so long but delightful that we will now be able to have conversations on our deck and not turn the unit off when entertaining. Thank you, David!!!

Great crew with great service! Called with an issue regarding a water heater not heating properly, but they uncovered a more pressing issue of a hot water line leak under our slab. They went above and beyond to fix both issues. Now I have hot water and will be saving money on my water bills. The crew were polite and left the place cleaner than it started. Thanks for the great job!

They came to Taylorsville the day after i called, fixed ac quickly at reasonable price. Will call them first next time. Kelly was pleasant and professional!
