Installers were 5-star fantastic!! They worked as long as needed to find the cause of the issue after replacing my 27 year old furnace. All while it was 80+ degrees in my house!

We have used KLM for many years. They respond quickly and are very knowledgeable. We have a boiler system which many businesses don't work on. Lucky knows our set up and has been able to come up with ways to make repairs without having to replace expensive parts. I highly recommend KLM.

KLM did a great job with our periodic inspections on our 2 units. Our technician, Lucky, was very thorough and professional.

KLM was able to work me in a day early. My problem was diagnosed and fixed promptly. Mike was friendly and professional, and even helped me reset my thermostat. I recommend that you try KLM.

Heating and AC was installed quickly and professionally. Crew arrived as scheduled, they were friendly and clean. I needed a follow up visit, all was taken care of. They installed Trane equipment which I prefer!!

Had a wonderful experience from KLM today. We were concerned we had a problem with our furnace. Cody came out and checked it, but later determined the airflow vent was not closed completely and that was the sound we heard.
So glad we didn't have a problem. KLM always comes the same day we call.

I am not the type to leave reviews but I am so happy with the work I had done today that I had to leave 5 stars. Lucky and Nick did an outstanding job and were overall a pleasure to deal with. I will call them for any future issues.

Mr. Lucky was very profesional. He has been coming to serve the yearly maintenance for a couple of years. He always gives me the best advice for anything related to keeping up with our furnace. I highly recommend this company and all thanks to Mr. Lucky!!

I had KLM clean & service our HVAC as we prepare to sell our home. Braedin the service tech was prompt & efficient with the service as well as knowledgeable and courteous to explain the work he performed. Definitely recommend KLM!!

We are very pleased at the customer service of the whole KLM team. Our Technician Sean was professional, competent, and knowledgeable. This was the 5th time KLM has serviced our system. They have been honest about what needs to be done without upselling. I appreciate that so much and highly recommend KLM.

We use KLM to do our Warranty work in the Louisville area and they never disappoint. Thier techs communicate well and the office is great to work with as well. Lucky (Tech) is awesome.

Men were knowledgeable and able to determine our issues in a reasonable amount of time. Hope to continue working with this company.

UPDATE 6/28: Second weekend in a row that we needed KLM to come out, this time for our other system which services the first floor and basement. Lucky was the tech on call and he did not disappoint. Lucky diagnosed the issue and replaced the capacitor right away. Apparently losing power (which happened to us 4 times in one day this week) can kill capacitors when the power surges back on. We were unlucky to have the same issue occur on both our systems back to back. Even though this was a different system than last weekend’s issue, KLM still waived all their fees for the trip and only charged me for the cost of the part. I can’t speak highly enough about Lucky who is a family guy, a man of integrity, and really a joy to be around while he’s fixing your A/C! Thanks Lucky and KLM!

INITIAL REVIEW 6/22: KLM and Braedin H. came through for us again. Woke up with thermostat reading 78 on a day when the projected high was 90+. We are annual maintenance club members, so called KLM in the hopes the issue could be resolved before the system got too far behind. Braedin called back immediately and was to our house shortly after. Once onsite, he had our issue identified and resolved within an hour (new capacitor for one of the outdoor units). He also took the time to share about the diagnostic process he was conducting and shared helpful maintenance tips. He was very thorough in what he tested and I appreciate how transparent and clear he was with us about pros/cons of potential resolutions as well as associated pricing. I’ll be asking for Braedin going forward. Great guy and great service technician!

Lucky is super. He's so knowledgeable and I feel confident that he's taking care of everything concerning our furnace. He's also just a pleasure to be around.

Lucky was here again. He's gonna be my Go-To HVAC Tech. I just had a service visit by "Lucky's" team. A very professional and personable pair. I will feel comfortable having them return. They both deserve a pay raise.

Our tech that came to our home the same day and arrived even earlier than expected. He inspected everything and said he would send the recommendations to the company and have them call & set up an appointment for our repair. He was very professional and polite. We are very pleased with his service.
