The guys with KLM made it a smooth transition from our old air conditioner and furnace to the new equipment. They're very professional very polite and answered all of my questions as they came up. The office staff have been wonderful to work with as far as scheduling, payment and with following up with us to see if we were satisfied with everything. They have contacted us not once but twice to ensure that the equipment was running fine and that we were happy with our new air conditioner / furnace. Very professional to say the least! I quickly referred them to a friend of mine who was looking to have a new unit installed in his home as well. He has had nothing but good things to say about KLM. Overall I would give them a 10 out of 10 not only for professionalism but for quality of equipment and the very high caliber of workers they had on the job

Our air conditioning was not working and we had a recommendation to call KLM. I called to make an appointment and they asked if I was available today. They said the technician would be out between 3 and 5. He arrived 5 minutes to 3:00 pM. Lucky was very thorough and got us up and running. He was professional and a pleasure to talk with. I highly recommend KLM for your heating and cooling needs.

KLM has been superb at getting things fixed quick and correct. Lucky is my favorite technician because he's very knowledgeable and explains preventative action to keep things running smoothly. Highly recommend for all your maintenance needs.

I have been using KLM for over 10 years now and they always provides excellent service. Today was no different for my fall tune up service. Mike is always friendly and he does an excellent job of keeping our furnace running at peak performance. Thank you Mike!

I was extremely impressed with KLM from start to finish. One of my AC units went out during 90 degree weather and they had a technician at my door in less than 24 hours. Jimmy explained everything in detail and was very professional. It was determined my aging AC needed to be replaced and the evaporator unit. Neil Uhl came out immediately during the technicians visit and gave me several options for replacement as well as financing options. I decided to go ahead and replace the second unit and evaporator as well and Neil managed to get my install done the following day. Steve and Jermane came out to do the install and again nothing but professional. They had me up and running within a few hours and I could not be happier with the work they did. They spared no details on the install process, left my home exactly as they found out and did precisely what they promised. I highly recommend KLM to anyone in need of HVAC service. They aren't the cheapest around but you 100% get what you pay for and I will continue to use their services for all my maintenance and HVAC needs.

Jermane and Steve were back today for the second unit, same outstanding experience. KLM even sent us a gift for our business. You dont see customer service like this anymore. We'll be a customer for life!

KLM did a great job. They were able to schedule me the next day and they were on time. Mike, the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly will use them again in the future.

Long story short... I had just closed on my new home. I knew the unit was old when I closed... and there were also 3 other HVAC companies that had been out to service this unit just this spring. They didn’t say a whole lot & just wanted to charge for a band aid fix instead of giving it to me straight.
KLM was the only company that gave me details & an accurate picture. They gave me several repair/ replacement options.
They took their time. They explained thoroughly & never gave me a sales pitch. Because I had all the accurate information, I chose a new unit.
And after seeing the old equipment they pulled out!? I’m going to sleep so much better now knowing it was the safe & smart choice.
I will NOT ever call the others & will now ALWAYS stick with KLM. Highly recommended.

We have had dealings with KLM twice in the past week. They installed a mini split for our kitchen; then Lucky came out to service the air conditioner we have for the rest of our condo.
Both services were professional, and the employees performing them or friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Not to slight the installation crew, but Lucky he was an especially engaging serviceman.
These were our first experiences with KLM. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We had KLM out for a second opinion. KLM sent Mike out. Mike was amazing! He was knowledgeable and took his time to diagnose our issue and get it fixed for us. He wasn’t here just make money, he actually cared about the job he was doing! Highly recommend!!

My AC stopped working in 95 degree weather. Michael Duffy came out and serviced our system and restored it. He was professional and polite. We are so grateful to him and KLM for coming out so quickly and fixing our unit.
I will definitely use KLM again.

I cannot say enough good things about the people that helped us at KLM. Jennifer who scheduled our appointment could not have been kinder or more accommodating. And Braedin H our service technician was so helpful and great. He was efficient and thorough in making sure our a/c unit was running well. So pleased with the treatment we received and will never work with another company other than KLM going further and will recommend to everyone we know. Thank you all.

Since moving into this house 8 years ago, KLM has done duct work, replaced an entire unit and a few parts. Every time they have been friendly and professional. I have never had a complaint about the work they've done. Today, "Lucky" Hedrick inspected both my units and checked everything. I'm confident heading into winter that everything is as ready as it can be and I know that if something does come up, it will be taken care of!
