Sal’s Heating, Cooling & Plumbing was SIMPLY AMAZING!!!! Everyone I spoke with over the last two days were patient, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease! Not having A/C isn’t an option and Sal’s got my A/C back working very quickly! It was a nice to receive txt messages on when the technicians would arrive with their photo!!! Highly recommend them!!

I will NEVER use this company again. I purchased a Heating and A/C unit from this company a few years ago. Recently I saw it was leaking some brown liquid so called them to come out. It was actually just condensation from a pipe of the old unit that according to the technician should have probably been removed or at least capped so that didn't happen. I called the service manager and asked if he could do anything for the charge and that I was willing to pay for the service call, but thought $210 to put a piece of tape over the pipe was a little excessive especially since it sounds like that should have been done originally. He said no and wasn't willing to do anything so I hope it was worth it because there are a lot of heating and cooling companies in the area and this is not one I will ever use again.

Cheaper than Green Well plumbing to snake drain by $200 Employee told us that foaming soap will settle and clog drain. Googled it later and found no supporting facts to the statement. once clog was free they left did not check to see if still leaking down stairs. It was. I replaced leaking pipe myself and will buy and electric snake at Harbor freight for $100 Installed a clean out when replacing pipe
