The air conditioner stopped working in our home, and Temp Pro was able to get us an appt. within 24 hours. Technicians Jonathan and Devin found a minor problem as part of our annual pro plan maintenance service. Now our A/C is up and running again like new.

We lost heat, called Temperature Pro (Sunday) and Jonathan had us heat in less than an hour. The next day, Perry determined the problem was our thermostat. It would not allow the emergency heat to kick on. They ordered us a new thermostat which Kelly installed. We are so impressed with the knowledge of each of these technicians, their promptness and truthfulness that we give them each a 5 star rating.

Terrific company! Nice staff! They provided quality service and have an excellent customer service approach. Our furnace was out and they brought me a nice space heater while working on fixing the furnace. Will definitely continue to use them.

Had the pleasure of working with Sean during a home inspection. Extremely professional and detailed. I have been working with multiple HVAC technicians over the past few years and have rarely come across anyone that spent that much time with a client during their home inspection. My heat went out late last night & this morning I was referred to Temp Pro. Since it's Friday, I didn't know how busy they would be. Jessica, the lady I spoke with over the phone, was super sweet & friendly & sent Keith & Sean out within thirty minutes of me calling! These guys were friendly, professional, curtious, & knowledgeable, plus they had the job done within thirty minutes! I really can not say enough good things about Temp Pro. They are the BEST & have my business from here on out.

I reached out very last minute on a stormy Friday night - our air conditioner decided to stop working on the hottest day of the summer after 5 pm! I called this amazing company and in less than 40 minutes -Eric came in the storm and had no reservations about working out in the rain to make sure we had cool air before he left! He worked outside in the rain for at least 20 min getting our air conditioning up and running again! The entire time he had a smile on his face! He was drenched! Wow! Amazing team amazing company I am so grateful I called them! I will call them every single time!

Keith and Levi were very helpful and very straightforward when it came to the condition of our furnace. Jessica was a big help, working after hours to get a new furnace ordered and getting us scheduled for install the next day. Keith and Levi were the ones who did the install and they were very quick, efficient and clean.
We will now be using them for our seasonal maintenance! Awesome service!

Jason came out to the house on time. Followed all safety protocols. Extremely professional and very customer oriented. Listened to my concerns and needs. Gave multiple options and was very competitive with pricing. Would definitely recommend if the need for HVAC service or install comes up in your life. Hard to find service like that these days. Really appreciate that in this day and time.

My entire family uses Temperature Pro. All of our furnaces and A/Cs have been installed and are serviced by them. Had my A/C serviced on Friday and as usual was on time, professional, friendly, and explained step by step. I also receive a text with a picture and name and experience of my service representative. The way things are today, I love that.

I recently had a new HVAC system installed and am happy with the experience. Jason and Perry both worked with me on putting together several options at my request, including hybrid, heat pump, and traditional gas furnace options. I did a lot of my own research as well, so I was prepared with questions and other pricing info from online research and other quotes. They answered all of my questions, and their quotes were in line with others and even cheaper when I applied special offers available on their website!

They were able to schedule service quickly and their team was able to complete what was anticipated in being a 2 day job in 1 day by staying late and adding help throughout the day. They also took care of permits and other labor needed (plumber).

There were two minor glitches that came up after the job was complete, but both were handled promptly and effectively with one call to the company!

My new HVAC system is MUCH quieter and produces better heat and airflow than the old unit which is great! I haven't seen an electric/gas bill yet but based on the run time and efficiency I can see and feel, I expect that my overall fuel savings will improve as a result of replacing the old system as well.

Overall TemperaturePro did good work, at a fair price, and helped make what is always a stressful process as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Temperature Pro came out to service my hvac unit after it stopped cooling. They came out the next day on time. Our technician Jonathan was extremely professional and courteous. He diagnosed the issue (capacitor) and fixed it within the hour. The service fee was very fair. Will definitely be using again and highly recommend Temperature Pro!

As a homeowner with an older HVAC unit, I've had to reach out to the TemperaturePro team multiple times throughout the last few years. I've probably met most of their techs by now, which I wish wasn't the case lol, but they are always responsive, friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Their pricing is reasonable as well. I've been extremely pleased with their service.

Wow! I can't say enough good things about Temperature Pro! Everyone was professional, friendly, courteous and took as much time as needed to make sure everything worked perfectly. Kelly thoroughly examined our old malfunctioning unit and gave us many different options for repair, but as the unit was old and problematic, we opted to replace our HVAC system. We could not be more impressed with Jason, Perry, Brandon and the other installers! They are consummate professionals! Once they got into the installation, they discovered some wonky issues with the way our old system and old thermostat were connected (and it makes so much sense, because we had numerous problems with our thermostats through the years) and they went above and beyond until they found the perfect solution for a problem that really stems from when the house was built. We are so appreciative of their expertise, time and dedication. We'll only call TemperaturePro from now on!

I had a pretty big job installing two mini splits covering six zones of my home. This required collaborating with three other contractors to coordinate removal of PTAC units, patch holes, drywall, paint, and ensure electric panel was sufficient. Jason, Perry and team made everything completely seamless. Crew was very efficient and courteous. I am extremely happy with the job and would recommend this company to anyone.

TemperaturePro installed a new HVAC system in my mom's condo earlier this year. They were great all the way around! Their pricing was competitive, they were able to install the entire system quickly and were very easy to work with.

We had a 5 ton furnace installed in January of 2022. It is so efficient that it has cut our electric bill almost in half. All of the employees are well trained, polite, respectful of our home and did a great job. Our old furnace was very difficult to remove but the crew stayed until the new unit was installed and working. They didn't want us to go through another cold night. Their supervisor brought them pizza and soft drinks for supper so they wouldn't have to leave our house. We also use TemperaturePro at Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown. Great service and great products. I recommend them to anyone needing that kind of service and products.

I’m a first-time homeowner and my air conditioner just went out. Temperature Pros was at my house within a few hours and they even texted me a picture of my technician before he arrived.
