After my furnace froze during a period of arctic cold, this company exceeded all expectations for service, responsiveness and advocacy.

Starting with trying to repair my system, to ultimately installing a new system and then to providing information over and over again to the State Farm insurance adjuster who insisted on only reimbursing for repair costs (even though it would have taken over 90 days, leaving me with no heat, in the middle of winter) rather than for replacement costs.

I simply cannot recommend this company more highly! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Randy (the owner!) and Tyler came out to look at my A/C that wasn't working at all (no fan etc. nothing). Randy did a ton of thorough troubleshooting and educated me on several things about my unit that I wasn't aware of and ultimately fixed the issue. The cost was very reasonable for the level of service I received and I cannot recommend them enough!

Wise Heating and Air Conditioning recently installed a new AC and Furnace and they did an excellent job - very thorough and professional. They also had the best pricing out of three other bids. Very Happy

Service and work was excellent. Completed on time and correctly installed. Trustworthy and reliable, no gouging. Price was reasonable versus other high end vendors where you will overpay. Wise is fair.

Randy and his sons are a class act. I consider myself a very meticulous person with high expectations. Their team certainly delivered on their promise by not only exceeding the quality standards but the consideration that was taken with respect to our home.

Upon entering our home they covered the flooring and swept up any debris or construction material in the basement as well. I was thoroughly impressed by the workmanship and when the job was done I was very proud to show off my new system. On top of that Randy is very fair and will tell your if you really do need a new system or not. He’s certainly the best in the business!

These guys are amazing. They are honest and reliable. Randy was quick to respond to calls and texts. They replaced our AC and furnace, showed up on time, they did not rush and you would have never known they were there once the job was complete. Randy took time to show me things I needed to know and explained everything throughout the process. They were very professional and I truly felt like they had our best interest at heart.

Wise Heating and Air recently installed a new Bryant heating and air system at my home…They arrived on time and performed the work in a timely manner. The estimate provided was very competitive. I highly recommend the Wise team!

Excellent experience beginning to end. Proposal was provided quickly and all questions were handled quickly and accurately. The final price was reasonable. We had to wait a couple of weeks for some of our equipment to arrive, but once it did, the installation was scheduled in a few days. The installation crew arrived on time, in force, and got right to work, finishing before the end of the day. As they were packing up, Randy walked through everything they had done with me, and we noticed a couple of small items that had been forgotten. He returned the next day to resolve them acceptably.

Randy Wise and his sons are great. Did my HVAC system this summer cheaper and better than their competitors. It's a family operation. They were fast, efficient and thorough. In and out in one day.

Wise exceed expectations! If you need new HVAC in the Louisville area just stop reading now and contact them. It's only been a few days, but the new HVAC units seem to be doing an exceptional job. The job ended up being more in depth and took longer to complete than the bid represented. However, there were no additional product charges or labor fees. The Wise guys (giggle) are professional and know their s#it. Their work ethic is phenomenal. The crew worked like head-down mules from 8:30 AM to around 5:00 PM ... only took a small lunch break. That may seem like a little longer than normal to install a new HVAC unit, however, as i mentioned they ran into unexpected problems. Replaced several pieces they weren't expecting (ducts, base, etc) ... it was after all 1989 units, so stuff was all messed up. If you need a new HVAC, i can't think of a way to more highly recommend this company,

Wise Heating & Air Conditioning saved us when we were most in need. Our air conditioning went out this past weekend and we tried everything we knew to reset it before trying to seek out help. The technician who came to resolve our issue, Zach, was there first thing this morning. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and fast to get to it. He explained everything to me and even gave us tips to prevent future issues from occurring. We are so appreciative of not only how quickly they came and fixed our problems, but also at how affordable their services were. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and will not be using anyone else moving forward. Thank you!!

5 star service. Wise HVAC is a family business and it shines like one. The Wise family is extremely kind, competitive and knowledgable. Zach explained every detail of what happened to my AC, why and what it was going to take to fix the issue at my home. I felt like I knew exactly how my money was being spent and that is important to me. The job was professional, on-time and painless. I will use Wise for my HVAC needs moving forward. Top notch!

SAVED ME FROM BEING SCAMMED!!!! I had an hvac company (Elite) come out to do a free inspection of my furnace. I was told my heat exchange was bad and it would be just as much to replace the furnace and that the rest of the system was on it's last leg.

I was quoted $6000 total!!!! I called Wise for a second opinion and they found a leaky hose. A very inexpensive fix. I told the technician what Elite quoted me and the tech assured me that there was nothing wrong with my furnace outside of the hose. He even said I had another 10 or more years left.

So grateful for the professionalism and honesty. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Randy and his team did an outstanding job installing a total HVAC system in our house. Randy arrived on time or early, completed the install in scheduled time and at the best price. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.

The Wise team replaced our old furnace and air conditioner with a new efficient system. The service was very professional and improvements were installed that were not envisioned in the original estimate at no additional charge. A faulty configuration was corrected, and the impact has been immediate. The new system is quiet and the air circulation is much improved. Very satisfied.

Jake at Wise Heating and Air is simply awesome! Heat went out today and it’s 9 degrees outside. Sent a text to Jake. He walked me through a few steps to problem solve as he was on another job. He figured out it was a fuse, told me how to fix it, and didn’t even charge me. They’ll take care of you! This is not the first time he’s helped me either. If you want great service from someone who won’t over-charge, Jake is the man!

Wise hvac is a great family business that does the job right ! We had a complete system installed and it was a great experience from Zach giving me the estimate to the completion of the work , couldn't ask for a better experience !! You will not be disappointed if you go with Wise !!!
