Did an excellent job with a big project on my yard. Very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and friendly.

I’ve used aok for my weekly lawn service for the past two seasons and I am very happy with their work. They are reliable and go the extra effort to make sure my lawn is taken care of.

The only reason I gave this company two stars is because the work they did on the lawn was satisfactory.

If you do business with this company be warned you need to get everything in writing and keep copies of all your
invoices, agreements, and contracts.
We hired them for simple lawn mowing services at the begining of last summer. Luckily we kept our contract because
when we recieved our first invoice they were charging us 20 dollars over the price we agreed on and they were not
including the deposit we made and were told would go toward our first month of services. We were told they lost our
contract and unless we could provide them the contract we would have to pay the invoice as is. Luckily we had a copy
but even afterward they continued to send invoices with incorrect totals. I refused to pay them until I had documentation
of what was actually owed. We went back and forth with them until January. I was threatened, cussed at, and screamed
at over the phone. They even showed up at our door using fowl language and threats. To show good faith I even paid
half the amount of the total bill before recieving a correct invoice. Maybe we were in the wrong but it doesn't seem
to be much of a request to be provided with an invoice with correct information and I am a stickler for documentation
to avoid situations just like what occurred when working with this company.

In response to the owner who 4 years later has decided to comment on my review. We never had leaf removal done You are thinking of another customer. Then again back to the point getting things in writing help avoid any confusion and would assist you with any collections you may need to do. I had our documentation you lost yours or simply decided you wanted more money. Either way it is shadey. Lastly there is never a need to threaten your customers with physical threat when all they are asking you for is for some sort of documentation stating how much money you want so they can cover themselves. That documentation is good for you and good for them. I truly hope you no longer operate like you did four years ago.
