Update: The company reached out to remedy all my problems, and I am being issued a refund.
This place is an actual scam. I signed up for service, the "professional" showed up without warning, didn't communicate he was there and then proceeded to send me a message saying "there's no way I can get to the back yard" and left without a word.
My service was then provided by someone else, since I couldn't get ahold of customer service or the person originally signed to my yard, and still they charged me $35! For nothing! Ignore this place and move on, even their claims of a $19 mow is false.
By far the worst experience I've EVER had with a company.
