There was a mix up in my scheduling. After waiting 2 hours for the technician to show up, I called. I left 2 .messages with the answering service with no response. After another 1 1/2 hours I called the number for new service. Elijah was very helpful and I finally got service. The process was frustrating.

Jess came out on a Saturday afternoon when I placed a distress text!! He was fast too! So appreciate the great communication with the technicians throughout the entire process ! Much appreciated!

Reliable, responsive, friendly and professional. Very happy with them, which is what I told the high-pressure Aptive rep who came to my door last week trying to sell their pest control services.

Never had a issue with bugs but the administrative side is not professional. I had set up easy pay but they didn't follow through with it . So I received a email saying I was 125 past due. So called to correct it and was charged 238 and told I was two payments behind but the email was only a few old so just don't seem right. They should have clarified the amount before the charge. Not very happy to have a extra 113 dollar charge that I was not aware of.

My service provider has The Best customer service ever. I look forward to seeing him when he comes to my house. He’s very courteous and friendly and I appreciate him for keeping my house, safe and free from nice and other things.

They did a great job. We could already see results that day. I haven’t seen a spider or ant in the house since the day they came. They even got the wasp nest that was forming. Overall, a pretty great experience.

The person who comes to my home is friendly, helpful and efficient. He asks questions in order to provide the best services for our home. When inside, he wears protective footwear. When outside, he always checks to make sure gates are closed behind him. Chris has provided us excellent service for many years in the past and, hopefully, many years to come. Was a stormy day so they could only treat indoors. Barely sprayed anything. Was supposed to contact us to come back out to finish up outdoor treatment and do two outbuildings. 3 days now and no contact. Ended up with a bunch of sugar ants in my kitchen. Called for them to come back out. Could only do Friday, when we will be gone or Wednesday next week. Really?! Not sure about continuing service. Gonna give them the benefit of the doubt for now.....

I am always very satisfied with follow up from OPC on services provided. I know I made the right choice in giving my business and protection of my home for termite elimination. I always receive a call from them if I am not at home advising they were there and checked everything out and if all was well and if not the issue was discussed. I have never had to report an ongoing issue after my home has been checked out. The staff I have dealt with on the phone and in person are always courteous. If I ever have any further issues I know I can count on your company to have the solution. I would recommend your company to anyone because I know the quality of service is exceptional.

Our technician is Chris and he is always so nice and friendly and he goes out of his way to make sure we are happy with OPC services. We have been customers for several years and we used to have a different technician every 3 months which we didn’t like; now for maybe a couple of years we have had Chris and he knows where we need service without us having to show him every time. He always calls us before he comes to make sure we don’t have any extra problems or issues that he needs to deal with while he’s here.

Highly recommend the year round program. The techs are always so professional and check in with you to see if there are any issues. They always come out promptly between treatments if there’s anything to be addressed. I never have to worry about ants in my kitchen thanks to OPC.

OPC has been a great service to have. I don’t have any pest or bugs in my home for over 5 years. When people I know but new homes, I always recommend having OPC come spray before they move in. You’re wasting time and money trying to use “bug bombs.” Just let the experts take care of you. They will come immediately if you do see anything and are very knowledgeable about what they so.

Always Great Service form our Guy that comes out every time! Very friendly as well he starting to feel like Family 🤣 Also great Customer Service as well. We truly have No issues with get a hold of someone. If we do have issues with any bugs we see they get back out the house asap which is usually a Day Turn around especially during season change

Danny was super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and I already feel so much peace of mind knowing we’ve got a handle on our basement bugs!

I’ve been a customer of OPC for years. I just recently moved into a new home in 2025 and began the 4seasons treatment at my new residence. It’s extremely helpful, and affordable, with reducing common insects/bugs finding their way into your home. OPC is always reliable and arrive when they say they will. Technicians are personable, share information, and answer any questions you ask. Office personnel are nice too and answer calls quickly.
