I was thrilled when a local plumbing service in Louisville was ready to attend to my call about a leaky water pipe in my front yard which was stopping us from having running water in our home. (I had reached out to several other services but they were all unavailable for 2-3 days.) The plumber, Theodore, was quick to accommodate my timetable. He guided me through the various repair options, even allowing me to oversee the repair process. The repair was completed efficiently and effectively.

All I can express is, if you don't contact this plumbing service first, you've made a serious misstep. I noticed the sound of running water in my basement and discovered water on the floor which was increasing. I dialed the plumbing service, communicated my issue, and they had Luis in my home within half an hour after I ended the call with their office. Luis diagnosed the issue, had the necessary parts in his truck to address it, and completed the urgent repair work within an hour. They responded and resolved the issue in less than two hours from my initial call about the emergency. Astonishing! Javier and Theodore, who carried out the work, were polite, friendly, skilled, and thorough. The term 'impressive' doesn't even begin to aptly describe the service provided by this plumbing service.

Extremely professional and highly recommended! We experienced a leak from our main shutoff, and no one was available until the next day, which was a weekend. However, Luis was traveling back from a job and took the time to come and fix it. I was truly impressed by his willingness to help after a long day of work out of town. I’ve found my go-to plumber and can confidently say he is highly recommended, with very reasonable rates! Thanks for restoring our peace of mind during this situation!
