I had Davis and Davis plumbing repair my P-Trap in a basement tub that was damaged during a construction project. They replaced the area, but it did not seem to line up the same, the new P-Trap is now touching a copper water line. The new P-Trap does not flow as fast as the old one and now has a rubber compression fitting with two hose clamps.... while they reassure me the rubber fitting is an approved solution by code, I was informed that there would be an additional charge to change out this fitting. I was not happy with the repair. I spoke to one of the Davis' directly and still no resolution. Worst customer service ever.

Called and scheduled an appointment for a broken toliet and he came without proper parts and charged me an extra 125.00 to get parts. So to fix a broken toilet was 450.00. Will not use again ever

If I had a 10 button I would hit it. These guys came out to fix our well pump and myriad other problems that occurred as a result of our pump going out. There were serious complications with the project (none of which they could have known about ahead of time) and Keith and his crew stuck it out until midnight in subzero temps digging out our yard to get broken line fixed. He would not stop until he got our problem fixed and though the price obviously went up, he did not "stick it" to us as he easily could have in the vulnerable position we were in. These guys are about getting it done right and are very conscientious about their work. So glad my wife called these guys.
