Thought I’d request a service call since my original installer ghosted me. The gentleman at this company did take my call but has since disappeared. Again a company doesn’t seem to want my money. I thought with 5 stars I’d surely get some results. No phone call for even when they can get to me.

Staff was professional, worked quickly, and finished project on budget.

LSA did great, even meeting with my board members to explain the quote in detail, and have been great about communication from beginning to end of the project. Even saved my community a little money in the end by being very efficient and thorough. We've already used part of our 90day parts and labor warranty and it's come in very handy as one of the wires turned out to be bad. Simple fix and my community now has peace of mind about their homes!
