You can’t beat these guys for service or sales for that matter. Very responsive to phone calls and if I can’t be at the house they still come out and take care of what needs to be handled. Don’t listen to the 1 complaining person that wants to rant. This a family business that wants to help!!

We had a slow start due to miscommunication but once we connected service was performed very fast. They brought our pool back to life after it sat dormant for 4+ years. Pool looks beautiful

Wonderful pool company. Me and my wife just had All America Pool build a inground pool for us. I called 6 pool companies to come out and give me a bid. Only 3 showed up. The first two companies that showed up told me and my wife that we couldnt get the pool the way that we wanted. They had a tough time quoting us a price, none of them could explain the process or even tell us what they were quoting us. I almost thought about just giving up on the pool. Finally Michelle "owner" from All America Pool came out. On Time!!!!! She told us that we could get what we wanted. Explained everything to us. She did everything that she promised and then some. Im so glad that we had All America Pool build our pool....

We have relied on this family owned business for years. They are very knowledgeable, always helpful, quick to respond, and make owning a pool a pleasure! We highly recommend them!

Poor Customer service. It's impossible to ever get ahold of anyone unless you drive to the store. Which is not close to me. I went in to buy a liner and there price was $100 over retail. I would always shop recreonics. Unfortunately they don't sale dough boy items.

Well they are not very well stocked for the small pool owners. They only had big bulk of their supplies so I ended up purchasing from Walmart. They didn't seem to care if I bought anything or not.

I have been dealing with All American Pools for 5 years. I will share my expierences with you.
We bought our 30 foot round, above ground pool from them. A different company did the installation.

(ABOUT THE INSTALLATION)
There were numerous mistakes made when our pool was installed, shifting post supports " broken concrete pavers, a skimpy dusting of lime where I was promised an inch, three unlevel posts that had to be corrected the next week....And numerous others.
The Contractor that did our install seemed knowledgeable but made two really bad decisions. They were running late and rather than reschedule for a different day they stayed until 11pm to finish the job (IN THE DARK). The second mistake was it started sprinkling and they kept working.
The bottom of our pool looks like a moon full of craters that make it a little difficult to vacuume.
Most of the other mistakes came either from working in the dark or the problems caused from the rain or just rushing to get it done.
If I were to give a rating to the installer it would be a poor rating and I would not recommend them to others.
All american pools did not do this poor work, a third party did.

The store employees here are always helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The store usually stocks what we need and the prices are fair. The store hours are generous and anything I had to return was done so with no problem.
I recommend all my friends to ALL AMERICAN POOL.

If you want someone who’s going to shoot you straight and not beat around the bushes, ask for Michelle. They did our pool and helped facilitate our hardscape and landscape project along with it. What you want in a pool builder is someone who is honest and will answer your calls/texts- I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Just wanted to say Thank You for the help exchanging our liner out today. After all the Aggrevation of putting a liner in that was to big, couldnt find my reciept and you still gave me the size i needed. Hard to find great costomer service these days! Raining now but hopefully will be in by the und of the Day. lol

Quite possibly the worst customer service possible. I have had to sue their contracted installer for a shoddy pool install. They will not communicate with you at all. Still trying to collect the award from the lawsuit. Just no one holding their installers accountable. Avoid this business.

Still trying to collect the Judgement. Despite numerous attempts the installer just keeps ignoring the court judgement. Use this company at your risk. I personally wouldn't use a company that would contract with this type of installer. The question you need to ask is do I want to pay twice + court fees and headache. I would recommend to run not walk away from this company. They have been no help in collecting this debt. They hide behind the " They are a contracted installer" in my opinion to avoid the liability of shoddy installs. If as their response say the care about the customer why would they continue to do business with installers like this.

Love doing business with this local, family owned business. Have been purchasing pools and pool products from them for more than 25 years. I won't even consider any other source for my pool needs. Thanks to the family for doing local right and keeping faithful to your community.

Got my pool from Watson's a repeat customer. Needed a pool liner they would not install it until end of August pool season would be over. All America Pool will install it May 28 and was more courteous and professional.

Our family has had a relationship with Michelle and team from All-America for the past 3 years, and have been extremely impressed with the quality of both the service and products they have provide. From pool install, to start-up and winterization, to ongoing maintenance, the team has been timely, professional, friendly and exceeded our expectations. So much so, we have referred several of our neighbors and friends to All-America for their pool needs.

We would highly recommend All-America to anyone in the market for a pool company!

The older woman is very hateful and unprofessional. Never getting my business. I don't know what makes her such a miserable person but I hope she finds happiness soon or they won't have any customers left.

I was quoted a price over the phone for a pool pump motor and gave the lady all the info about the motor needed. Drove from Indiana to buy it and the motor jumped up in price by a 100.00. Quote was not honored. Basically bait and switch in order to get you in there. I will never do business with them again. Wasted my time, gas and money.

Bought a 24x52 pool package form them made the 1:30 dive to get it. Had to Waite three weeks for crew to put it up. When assembling the pool found parts missing for rails and top caps. Had to make the drive back to get them. They said they don’t know how we lost them but they happened to have a extra set in there stock. Next day we go to set pump and find that all hardware form skimmer is gone and when I untape box find that it’s a retuned item. I wouldn’t recommend buying a pool form them cheap quality and poor service

If I could give negative stars, I would. You won't believe how I was treated by Libby (the owner's sister). The gaskets I paid for when i ordered a replacement liner were not with the liner when the installers went to pick it up. I called All America Pool and asked about the gaskets and Libby said (very rudely), "I guess somebody is gonna have to come back and get 'em" - like i didn't know that?? So...I went to pick up the gaskets and Libby clucked at me and made bok-bok noises like a chicken. I asked her what she was doing and she asked if i was still upset about the gaskets. I'm not sure what she meant because i wasn't rude and didn't get upset with her on the phone. REGARDLESS - she clucked at me like a chicken!. Very classy.

All America Pool built me a beautiful Inground Pool and I will say that it was the best project we have ever done. Very easy to work with, did everything they said they would do! I would highly recommend them, love my pool! I looked on google for reviews and saw a few unfavorable ones...after time thinking about them, I realized only 11 reviews and know people only tend to post bad stuff not good. I wanted to make a post to help them out. Think this rating is unfair considering how much business they do and how many years they have been in business. Love working with family businesses not many of them left! Thanks, Michelle, Michael and Gang!

Made a call to see about getting someone to come and do an estimate on above ground pool. The man on the phone basically told me that I needed to measure an extra five feet on each side of the pool size I wanted. He said "We really don't do estimates like that" I explained that I have big trees in my yare and wanted to know if it would fit. He gave no hint that the tree roots and other things would be a problem. I'm not going to buy a pool from them and then find out afterwards that there would be extra money charged for running into tree roots or anything else. What a waste of my time. I will not be buying a pool from them. you sound like you don't want to bother with me therefore, I will move on....

All America Pool Co. has been extremely helpful in assisting me in getting my very neglected pool back in order. I have always received personal, friendly, knowledgable service on every visit. I have purchased a new skimmer, filter, pump, liner, and cover along with my chemicals there. I will continue to be a loyal customer and recommend Michael and staff. -Brian

This is the WORST pool store to work with in Louisville. If you have a special order, do not expect them to come for an install in a timely manner. Do not expect the installer to return your calls in a timely manner. The store is disorganized, the staff is incompetent, and the phone rings and rings with no answer. Don’t expect to get anything done without first having to complain and call for literal weeks on end! If I didn’t HAVE to get my pool supplies from here, I wouldn’t.
