Called to ask about an auto care service. The Employee who answered the phone was incredibly rude and did not bother to help me. I have never felt like such scum in my life.

Every single plant in their outdoor area was dead. Nothing looked like it had been watered in months. Even the succulents were fried and burnt. Hanging pots were brown and leaves just hung. Living things just placed outside and left to die. Even said something to an employee and they were like "yea, the garden department does that"... It is NOT ok. Living things.
