After the wintry mix we had last week I had a huge tree bending into my backyard from the treeline behind my house. I called about 8 different tree services and Tree Care Inc was first and fast with a quote. The quote was very reasonable and wasn't overpriced for all the mayhem going on with trees down. Ed the owner took it on himself to get me taken care of the same day. He even was the one up in the tree cutting it down! I had to grab a pic of that! 100% satisfied!

Tucker and his men, were very professional climbing up my Bradford pear tree . It looks very nice when it started blooming the next spring, it was so pretty. They go far and above what's needed to be done
I had one branch that landed on my mailbox, and they went to Lowe's and bought a new one and installed the post and the box the next day.
Most tree people would not do that.
I would definitely use them again for trimming my Bradford pears.

We are very happy with the services provided for our trees. They explain what needs to be done and why it needs to be done. They were prompt and efficient at trimming a tree that had tornado damage, and the tree still looks good as a result of their careful pruning. I highly recommend them.

The team was very professional and mindful of my property. I had a giant oak taken down with tons of stuff under it. They dropped all the cuts right where they wanted them and didn't touch anything else. They cleaned up very well too! We actually had an issue with LG&E disconnection getting messed up by LG&E, but they set it up again and came back out the next week to remove some pine trees and didn't charge me extra for it. I also took in 3 quotes on the same service from different companies and they had the best price! That made a big difference! Thanks guys!

Tree Care Inc did a great job taking out our tree. The tree was a rescue from a construction site, we planted it and it became huge. Bigger than we thought! It was getting mixed with our wires to the house. Tree care was professional and had the best customer service! Highly recommend!

They came out with enough help to remove this very large tree that we had in the front of our house. When they came out to give an estimate they were honest about how long it would take because they had a lot of jobs ahead of us. They came the exact day and time they quoted. They were professional and kind. It didn't take them long at all to remove the tree. They cleaned up their mess and was real knowledgeable about removing the tree and what we needed to do afterwards. Can't say enough about these guys! They were here in Augusta, GA to help with recovery efforts and tree removal the week following Hurricane Helene and removed a tree leaning towards my house. I had a signed contract with Tree Care Inc to remove three trees from my yard. They arrived with what seemed like a very capable crew with lots of heavy equipment. When the leader looked at my trees, he said they significantly underbid the project and they would need substantially more money than in the contract. While their contract price was significantly lower than other quotes, I felt they needed to stand by the amount in the signed contract. The leader told me the contract allowed such modifications. I told him to show me and he referenced the last statement in the contract: "The validity, performance, construction, and effect of this contact shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky." I then asked for a reference to that specific law and he could not give it to me. I later conferred with a friend of mine who is an attorney in Kentucky, and she said she is not aware of any such law. I told the team leader I would not pay more, so they left. Later that day, I spoke with the young man who came to my house and gave me the quote. He said he had apparently underbid it and he and his boss were coming out the next day to look at the project. I did not hear anything from them after that. My reaction to this is that I did not want to deal with a company that does not keep their word. Since they did not require a down payment, I let it go and pursued other quotes. This company certainly seemed capable. I don't know what kind of job they would have done, but I think they should stand behind their signed contract.

Tree Care Inc has removed a few trees for us over the years and has always been incredibly professional, efficient and pleasant experience. We would highly recommend them for their excellent service!

I had a lot of tree work done such as cutting down trees, trimming trees, and stump removal. I was very pleased with how much it cost and how quickly they got the job done. They were running a promotion when I called and I think I got a great deal for what I paid. They were professional and finished the job in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend. Going to use them again for another project here soon

I agreed to an estimate and scheduled the removal of a tree for 9/30/2025. I called at 9 am on the 30th to confirm only to be told that I was scheduled for 10/6. I scheduled the removal for 9/30 on 8/11. When I told the customer service representative about the scheduling issue there was no hint of an apology and he said just call us, but we won't be able to get to it until after 10/6.
I don't know how everyone else operates, but in my opinion it was very unprofessional, and I will not be calling back to reschedule.

I have used them 3 times over the last 5 years. Great job and great price. Thank You!

I had a new picture window installed in my house and I just love it. The guys were nice quick and knowledgeable. They got it done in a day.

The service at Tree Care Inc. Is second to none. They took my initial call and were out next day for an estimate. They did fantastic work. They trimmed my trees and some stubborn foliage at the back of my garage. They even came back a second time to trim my tree back to my wife’s liking. Tree care is the only tree experts that will touch my trees. The crew was amazing and spotless clean up. Now I can easily mow under my trees and no more limbs hanging over my driveway. 5 stars

Edward Hager and his son Nathan and the tree care crew who took down several trees plus one big unhealthy pine tree did a fabulous job. They were courteous, answered questions and did the work in a timely manner. They let me watch and take pictures. Hager has done work for us for many years and we loved having his son now working with him. Seems like old time😊

The Tree Care company did a great job of cutting down trees and trimming trees on my property, they also cleared a lot of overgrown brush on my property and cleaned up after the job was completed, I want to thank Tucker for coming back before their company came out to take care of the job to give me a estimate for some other work that needed to be taken care of.
