Tree reviews in Middletown, Kentucky

I am outside of Nashville and Nathan's crew did an outstanding job. Tucker was great with the estimate and helping to understand which trees needed removal now and which could wait a few years. The price was great. From first email to job was 2 weeks. They have great and maintained equipment. I highly recommend this company for your tee needs.

The crew did a great job! They were professional and picked up all the tree debris. There was nothing left for me to do but watch.

My experience with Tree Care Inc. was very disappointing. The sales representative was friendly and responsive before I signed the contract, but once the contract was signed, communication completely stopped. They didn't show up on the scheduled day and never reached out to let me know or reschedule until I made multiple calls. When they finally came, they were unable to complete the job because their equipment couldn't access the area -- an issue that had already been discussed in detail with the sales representative. On his advice, I even agreed to remove additional bushes to provide better access, something I hadn't originally planned to do. Despite this, they still failed to remove the main tree that prompted the entire project. Despite this, it not only left me with higher cost but added future work to be done and even more expense.
Tree Care Inc. has poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and disappointing customer service. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

They are wonderful and very professional and on time
Very delightful on the office phone. Eddie Hager the owner came out and did the job personally with Will Croft’s,

Took advantage of winter pricing to have several large trees trimmed/pruned. Scheduling was easy. Crew was prompt, took care with my lawn, and checked with me for approval/satisfaction when comleted. 👍

The guys were here early. Took down One large dead tree and 3 other dead trees. Also 3 smaller trees and hauled off. They were done in 3 hours. I will be doing more business with them in the future.

These guys were so professional. I will have them back. What would I have another situation again? They did an awesome job. I can't say enough, and the price we were shocked again. They are awesome when you schedule a little appointment with this with these guys. Please tell Em you saw this post.

We have used Tree Care Inc for several jobs. Most recently we needed them after the snow storm dropped a limb on our garage. They are professional, prompt, and efficient. Tree work is stressful and expensive for homeowners. They check all of the boxes to ease those worries and we will continue to use them in the future.

They even left us a snowman to laugh about on their way out this time😅
