New years eve we our pump was running constantly. KU sent us an electronic bill. Almost $700 for the warmest warm nov Dec I could remember. I called Barnes expecting someone to call me back after the holiday weekend. To my surprise Brian called an hour later and said they were closed but he would come take a look. My compressor was running with no freon. I had a leak somewhere. They checked my other unit top to bottom. He was able to find the leak fix it and gave me a very fair price. Can't thank Barnes enough for going above and beyond to help someone over the holidays. Thank you! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and honest work.
