96° out my hvac stops and my house starts heating up. I call them at 3pm and they were at my house 20 minutes later running tests to find the problem. By 4pm my hvac is fixed. The fastest response and fix times I’ve ever had with any hvac company. Less than $200 to have my comfort back that quickly is a big A+ from me.

Rusty Dukes the owner an came out the next day an did the JOB RIGHT & HONEST!! We called Southern Air & they were trying to charge us almost 4,000$ for a new compressor an coolant. An said then we'd need about 700$ of more coolant the next day! They had told me the compressor was Bad an their EXACT Words to me from the technician & his sales lady that came out also, were I do not see anything visibly wrong! SHAME ON YOU southern air! That Should have Been a sign to me when the sales lady came out with Clipboard, pen & calculator in hand! And technician really wasn't allowed to answer any of my questions only her!!?? Mr. Rusty Duke came out an took the front panel off from the outside unit an immediately saw the problem. There was a small hole on the copper lines. They had rubbed together a small hole an blew out all coolant mix on top of compressor all over, it was Noticeably Visible!! to myself & my husband. For a little over $1000, he charged up our whole system & Fixed the repair Good as NEW! Our compressor was 💯% NOT!! Bad! Like Southern air told us It was! An Southern Air wanted us to buy over a $10,000!! new unit with them financing it! or close to 4,000$ for A new compressor installed an coolant. DUKES IS HANDS DOWN THE MOST HONEST KNOWLEDGEABLE EFFICIENT KIND HEARTED HUMBLE MAN & COMPANY TO HAVE ! to get the job done RIGHT!! I am not related to him or have ever met him before, We've only been in this state a few months & I do not get compensated anyway For this review & I post this review so other people do not get ripped off like we almost did! I am a disabled veteran with some serious health issues. An can't handle any heat an My husband is out of work right Now waiting upcoming surgery. This other company southern air knew that & was going to rip us off anyway. Shame on them! RUSTY DUKES GOD WILL BLESS YOU & your company for treating people right in this community! Anyone reading this, He's worth waiting, for if he can't get to you the next day. DUKES will get the job done RIGHT AN HONESTLY!! 80% less than what MOST other companies are trying to rip you off for!! THANK YOU DUKES FOR BEING AN AMAZING COMPANY & HONEST MAN 🙌🙏🏻
