I placed a plumbing request on BBBs website on a Sunday - clogged toilet and a faulty shut off valve. A call came in around 10 Monday morning and was told that someone could look at it bw 1130 and 130. Received a heads up call at about 11. He arrived on time, got to work, and was done within an hour. Problem fixed and no mess left behind. Not sure if the charge was high or low as this was my first plumber ihave hired to do this type of job. But, I am a happy customer. I will hold onto his number.

I called them yesterday about my leaking water heater. They called me back that afternoon and I was lucky enough that they were able to send a couple of people out this afternoon and replaced my water heater. I have used them a couple of other times and been very satisfied. They are going to be my plumber from now on.

Andrew did a great job replacing our outdoor faucet in the front of our house. Also fixed one that a previous plumber made a mess of. Looks to be great quality work and price was definitely fair. Would highly recommend them and will use them for any future plumbing issues.

Excellent service. Called with clogged pipe situation. Office manager was so helpful and understanding, made extra calls. They came out ASAP. AJ worked hard ...the clog was far in the pipes. He fixed it and gave good advice for the future. No mess left, fast service, all fixed . Highly recommend them.

Had a leak in the shower and called Burke's. Got the appointment scheduled for the next day. The technician, John, was prompt and friendly. Very pleasant young man. Had our problem fixed in no time. Highly recommend this company!!!

Lora kept us updated and asked about our specific needs. John was right on time and quickly replaced the kitchen faucet fixture and water lines under the sink. Cody and his team came out and did an excellent job replacing our old water line today. They came out quickly and were able to give us multiple options that would work within our budget. Don’t waste your time calling anyone else. We had a plumber and then a septic company come out and charge us both pointed to the other side of our system being the issue.

Once we found Burke’s they promised to find and fix the issue in our home. They jumped in located our septic system repaired the issue on the first try. They were fast and professional and would recommend them to anyone.

I was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me (they even offered to come the same day!). When the service person arrived they were prompted and friendly. They got to the task and were able to fix the leak around the toilet to my satisfaction. I greatly recommend Burke's.
