We had a great experience with Mingus Electric! We called and set up an appointment, which was confirmed via an automated text message at the end of the call. The automated system texted us a reminder the day before the appointment.

These guys show up and knocked out two bathroom exhaust fan replacements and checked to make sure our breaker box and some trouble-outlets were wired correctly in about an hour and a half.

I have used Mingus before and was very pleased however today was just the opposite. The two electricians arrive and placed a metal vent hood on our new glass stove top. They were pressing down on it trying to remove the protective plastic. When I addressed this they laughed it off. I did get some towels underneath it. The younger electrician was on his phone most of the time. I am so disappointed and don’t plan to use them again.

Had my living room circuit trip and not reset overnight. Called them in the morning and they were able to come out same day and fix the problem for me. The crew that came out were really great and happy to answer any questions and explain the possible cause. Really appreciated the prompt work and friendly service.
