Butch & Sons have always gone above and beyond during their service visits. We’ve had them out several times now, and each time they have carefully inspected both of our HVAC units, taking the time to be thorough, professional, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. Their pricing is very fair and they are incredibly kind.
What has impressed me most is their honesty and expertise. During one visit, they identified and repaired a gas leak that a previous technician had dismissed as “normal,” which wasn’t at all. That level of attention to safety and detail gave me complete confidence in their work.
I’ve also never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or upgrades, which is something that can be hard to find. It’s clear they prioritize integrity and doing what’s right for their customers. :)
I wholeheartedly trust their recommendations and will absolutely be referring them to family and friends. Highly recommend!
