Jesse, Alec, and Brandon were very considerate of the way they handled our personal belongings. They all three were polite and we appreciated their professionalism. We would recommend them to our family and friends.

We had water damage in our school cafeteria and needed immediate remediation. ServPro responded quickly, assessed the situation, and put a clear plan in place. Dylan, Jesse, and Corry worked efficiently, kept us informed throughout the process, and treated our school with care and professionalism. We’re grateful for their prompt response and the quality of their work.

Shane and Coogle did a great job of instilling confidence in their work right from the get-go! They got to me the day after I called and got remediation started right away. Charlie is probably the best contractor I have ever worked with! He was extremely efficient and really kind to my family. Our basement looks brand new because of these guys and we’re grateful!

This team was dispatched up north to help with ice dam remediation in our area. They were professional, responsive, friendly, and so helpful. They made an unfortunate situation easier. Jesse, Gio and Pedro just picked everything up and the site is clean. I would highly recommend ServePro!

This company is a joke, they kept making promises that weren’t kept and the job was done so sloppy. The painters had to come back 3 times to paint spots that were missed, they painted around all of our toilet roll holders which all have paint on them now and none of the nails that were in the walls were removed or filled with drywall to smooth out the spots before painting. As of today we still have spots not painted, and we will have to touch them up. The floor guys had to come back at least twice because they didn’t put down any of the transition pieces between each room and apparently they thought it was fine that way. One doorway looked like a carved pumpkin’s teeth from Halloween. Next the workers used all of our garbage cans for the caulking, drywall and to store all of their tools so we had to throw all of them away. Then for the entire project (over four months) most of our kitchen furniture, fans/heaters, a side table we had with outlets on it, some of our family pictures, and lamps were all left sitting outside on our screened in porch during the winter. One of our chairs got ruined because it was all the way up against the screen and got rained on for 4 months. We were then told more than once that there would be certain items they wouldn’t have to charged us for because they had extra supplies left. Then when the job was completed we were charged for those items. When I brought this issue up to Ross he was very rude and argumentative with me when I had messages from him stating we wouldn’t have to pay for those items.
All of our curtain rods were broken and one was shoved in our walk in shower that we eventually found after the job was completed. We had paint, drywall dust and caulk all over our furniture and washer and dryer. Then one of their workers backed into our garage door and left a decent dent one day but we were told “none of their team would do that and not let their managers know.” But no one else was coming to our house at all, let alone with big trucks and equipment to dent the garage with. We came by one evening to meet with one of the guys about the cabinets and it wasn’t there then came by the next evening to pick up a box that was delivered and there was a big dent in our door. At the end of the project when I brought all of these issues up again to Ross and he just rolled his eyes at me like he didn’t care and it wasn’t his problem. Of course Servpro didn’t take any responsibility in fixing the garage door and took like $50 off our bill, stating they couldn’t prove it was them. We worked with like 3 different contacts during our project because one guy got fired at the beginning and then the next guy was clueless about any of our project and about a month later realized none of our fixtures, paint, or flooring supplies had ever been ordered so we had to send all of our items again to them to be ordered a second time, delaying the project. I was asked to send a list of things towards the end of the project to Ross and our guy of things that needed to be fixed or discussed before closing the project. Two weeks later I hadn’t gotten a response so I reached back out. I was told by our guy that his boss (Ross) told him not to worry about the list and they would deal with it later. Which made us feel once again that we were not a priority and they just blew us off. At the end of the day my husband and I were extremely disappointed with how we were treated and made to feel like our concerns were not validated and none of this was any concern to Ross or his staff, he just wanted to get the project over with and get his check. Our project took well over four months and we were told constantly by him and his staff how nice and patient we had been with all the issues and delays they had caused. The only time Ross was good with communication was blowing us up for payment, when we were waiting on our insurance company to pay us so it was out of our hands, if only he communicated that well during the project things could of been different.

Jesse and Luce did a great job cleaning up the water damage in my Massachusetts apartment wall from an ice dam. They removed only what needed to be removed, and properly set up everything for the drying-out process. They were friendly, professional, answered my questions with patience and a smile, and worked quickly. They were nice to my dog too, which I also appreciate. Thanks guys!

I have been very pleased with Servpro . Eugene , the project manager, is very thorough and explains everything that needs to be done to fix the water damage my house had. . He has been here to oversee the work being done to make sure it is done to their high level of quality. They started clean up immediately and have been working every day to get my repairs done. ( I wasn’t put off for weeks as a lot of companies do). Jesse and Alec made quick work of getting my old floor up today to get ready to put down the new one and cleaned up and hauled off the old floor pieces. I feel like they are all doing the work as if it were their own house they were working on! Very good customer service!

I also wanted to go back and commend Carlos and his crew that did the painting and flooring and helped with clean up and moving stuff out of the way. Everyone was very professional and hard workers.
