Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful our experience with Daniel was. I have just bought a house for the first time and called Roto-Rooter to see about getting a gas line prepped for a gas stove. While in the basement I noticed a puddle and a leak and then I was being faced with a huge amount of repairs I wasn't expecting to make within a week of owning this home. Daniel Webb was our plumber and he was such a hard worker, as well as kind and very empathetic. He worked so hard figuring out where to find the leak and did everything in his power to make cuts in hidden areas of the home. My grandmother made a surprise visit on the second day of the job and he even escorted her all the way up the hill of my drive and through to the back patio where I was. He is really just a wonderful guy and a really hard worker. His plumbing knowledge was exceptional and I honestly cannot recommend him enough.

I recently purchased a townhouse and it seemed to spring a few leaks at the connections after only a few days of owning. I was able to get the leaks repaired on the weekend - I was worried about the cost and just getting someone out on the weekend. The townhouse is over 20 years old and this was not completely unexpected to me but the repairs exceeded my expectations in value/cost and look - Daniel finished it off nicely and I feel like I have moved into a brand new home. I was so impressed with the results, I had Daniel come back and install the new toilets. And, should I ever need plumbing service / plumbing advice in the future I will not hesitate to call - even if it's the weekend.

Great Service if price or value are not factors. I called and spoke with customer service and asked what their hourly rates were. They said they do not charge hourly, but charge by the job. The plumber came out on time, as expected, and did a good job. He was there for two (2) hours and I was charged $700 labor plus materials of $100. Their hourly rate is $300++
