Wow! I felt like I was their only customer. I knew that wasn't true because nearly half of our neighborhood received new roofs from this company! It all started with a front porch visit about my storm damage. This quickly turned into a text message and several emails highlighting the quality and commitment to excellence from their company. Each time they were scheduled to arrive at my house, they woudl send a text with their location and ETA. Adam, Brittany, Hugh, and Kaine were awesome to work with and I need to mention Melinda...she gave me updates throughout the whole project. They were extremely professional and a joy to work with. I have NO complaints...only compliments!

Jacob’s Ladder was highly recommended to me and I now understand why. They always treated me with professional kindness and courtesy, whether it was answering my numerous questions (sometimes more than once), carefully helping me through the process of selecting the materials and payment options without telling me what to do/choose, or on-site coordination the day of the job. I knew what they were doing, when, and why. They were never pushy, never impatient. And they cleaned up after themselves following the adage, “leave things better than you found them.”

I had some wind damage from the storms back in July. I contacted one company who was highly rated. Waited 2 weeks for them to show up only to get canceled and never rescheduled. I contacted Jacob's Ladder the same day and they had someone out in less than a week. They along with State Farm helped me though this whole process and made it extremely easy. Everyone from the people over the phone to the people who did the work were professional and fantastic. Everything was easy and fairly quick all things considered.

Maddog removed a large pile of brush all in one load! The whole process was extremely easy from the first point of contact. He was courteous, understanding and highly professional. His plan of how to drive into the yard to the brush but not damage the yard in any way was impressive. Our property is tough to navigate. He worked out a plan and executed it perfectly! Our yard was fully intact and our brush was all gone. Maddog Junk Removal is the only removal company I will use. I highly recommend them!!

These guys are ready and willing to help at the drop of a hat. After scheduling a week ahead of time for a couch removal, the bigger, well known, name removal service gave me the run-around, all day, on pickup day. Cancelled my order hrs after the original pickup time. Refused to give a full refund until I waited til 8pm to ask for one, yet, they’d already texted they couldn’t make it at the last minute. I called Mad Dog and they were ready to go. Came first thing the next morning. They would have came as soon as I called but I told them it could wait til morning. They were eager, understanding, and kind. Will def use them again if I ever need to remove another piece. Great people!

Anthony and his assistant did an excellent job cleaning out our garage and attic. He arrived at the time we had set and was very professional in every aspect. I highly recommend.
