Jacob’s Ladder was highly recommended to me and I now understand why. They always treated me with professional kindness and courtesy, whether it was answering my numerous questions (sometimes more than once), carefully helping me through the process of selecting the materials and payment options without telling me what to do/choose, or on-site coordination the day of the job. I knew what they were doing, when, and why. They were never pushy, never impatient. And they cleaned up after themselves following the adage, “leave things better than you found them.”

I had some wind damage from the storms back in July. I contacted one company who was highly rated. Waited 2 weeks for them to show up only to get canceled and never rescheduled. I contacted Jacob's Ladder the same day and they had someone out in less than a week. They along with State Farm helped me though this whole process and made it extremely easy. Everyone from the people over the phone to the people who did the work were professional and fantastic. Everything was easy and fairly quick all things considered.

We used Jacob's Ladder for putting a new roof on our house. They were a delight to work with from start to finish. They are professional, caring, and respond quickly to questions. The roofing materials and service are top quality. They worked with our insurance company and installed the roof in one day from start to finish. We will be happy to use them again for any roof or house restoration needs.

My experience with Jacob's Ladder, from the initial contact to the roof inspection to the installation, was been superb. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and did it when they said they would.
Two of my neighbors were so impressed with how the company respected my property during the installation, how thorough the clean up was and how great the roof looks they asked for the company's details. They said they are not in the market for new roof, but when they are, Jacob's Ladder will be on the top of their list.

From start to finish, every contact with this company was extremely professional and pleasant. They were replacing a roof next door to us and I inquired about doing some repairs. After inspecting our roof, they recommended filing an insurance claim for a full replacement. The owner of the company worked closely with us and went above and beyond when our claim was initially denied. The work crew was prompt, courteous and efficient. The end result was a beautiful new roof. They even filed our warranty paperwork with Owens Corning. It was a pleasure doing business with Jacob's Ladder. Highly recommended for their professionalism and personal touch every step of the way!

MK had the best quote of the companies I contacted. Had to wait for insurance check to start the job and they were very patient and accommodating. After my delays and some rain they got to my roof scheduled and finished faster than I expected. Communication was excellent, kept me updated with scheduling and work progress. Going to have them get some quotes for some siding on my house, and siding and roof for my parents house.

I highly recommend Junior with MK Contractors for roof replacement. He is very easy to work with, explained the insurance details, and was on the roof with the insurance adjustor inspecting our roof. He knew the insurance people from prior jobs. We ended up with a good insurance settlement for roof replacement. Thank you Junior for helping us through this process.

They did a great job. We started 10 months ago with the insurance. They prepared us for the insurance process. There were no surprise expenses, everything went smoothly. The work quality was exceptional.

Just gotta say that this company is outstanding with Customer service all the way from the receptionist to our technician Junior Varela. This young man was exceptional going over and beyond, he was exceptional in explaining every detail or anything that he noticed that needs to be addressed. Kevin is awesome! After the April storm a section of the fascia came off the house. Kevin fixed it FREE of charge the next day! This is an Incredible company! MK Contractors also replaced the roof and fixed my gutters in the past. Highly recommend!

We had some siding damage after the winter storms. Junior came out to take a look the day we made the phone call. He was professional, friendly and nice. He got our siding fixed quickly and our it looks great!

Katya Varela from MK contractors came out on 10/1 for an estimate to replace a roof, gutters and some siding repair. It’s currently 10/10 and even after trying to contact her we have not heard anything back. Looked like they had great reviews which is why we called them but leaving 2 stars for at least showing up but wasting our time.

I could not be happier with the service I received. Even though my siding job was very small, Dennis and the team treated me with respect and understanding. They were fantastic from first contact to last. I highly recommend them.

I found the company on a yard signage and contacted them. I was amazed with their quick response and efficiency for getting the gutter replacement job done. The quality of work was excellent. The team was a very hardworking group and the owner/co-owner (KJ) was very professional and friendly. They would come back to fix small things to make sure everything functioned properly. Recently, I had an unrelated issue with some roof trims. I called KJ and he responded quickly despite their very busy schedule. The trim problem is now fixed and peace is reinstalled. In all, I like the quality of the work performed by MK and their friendliness. Very easy to work with and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend MK to others who need to replace old roofs or gutters, or run into other roof/gutter issues.

Junior from MK Contractors LLC worked with me right after the wind storm to cover the damaged roof. He was with the adjuster inspecting my roof and very knowledgeable. They did very good job on my roof installation with high quality products. Highly recommended!!

After we encountered storm damage earlier this year we were at a loss on where to start. This was our first time dealing with catastrophic home damage of the nature. We called Kevin with MK Contractors who responded immediately. Kevin took over all dealings with our insurance company on our behalf and walked us through every step. We were confident and relieved that Kevin had everything under control and continually kept us informed with every step. The teams that installed the roof, gutters and gutter helmets were always respectful, responsive and professional. It was amazing that we never found any debris leftover from this extensive job, Our complete roofing job is beautiful and Kevin even filed our Warranty for us! We will certainly contact Kevin for any future needs.

Everyone I worked with at MK was helpful. Katya kept me informed throughout the whole process from scheduling the inspection to our final walkthrough. The new roof looks great. The crew did the replacement and cleanup all in one day. And they did clean up; they left no mess at all. They even put my tacky lawn flamingos back in place before they left. I am so glad I used MK Contractors and I recommend them to ever I know.
