Mow Power Inc. was a fantastic company to work with for our lawn servicing needs. They were very quick to respond when contacted, had a well-trained and efficient crew who are all very polite and careful, and the cost was lower than I expected for such a great service. I even caused a couple problems by accident, and they were very patient and understanding. First, I left my car in my driveway without thinking and while they were using a weed-eater, it shot a rock through my car's window. The lovely owner personally talked to me on the phone and handled the repair quickly - my window was repaired the next day! Also, due to personal family emergencies and the pandemic, our family ran out of funds near the end of 2021, and even though I missed a few payments, they were patient and understanding until I was able to pay. These are lovely people and deserve your business. Thanks for all the service while I lived in the Nicholasville area, Mow Power Inc.!

Prior to Joshua Fayne visiting the property, I previously contacted three other companies concerning grading and installation of downspout drain lines. All of the other companies failed to follow up or provided an estimate. Joshua inspected the property and gave his expert advice on the best way to ensure proper drainage of the property. After Joshua's site visit, he provided an extremely detailed estimate with drawings and materials list. Throughout the project, Joshua communicated constantly as to the progress and any issues that arose. Joshua and his team showed up on time every day of the job and stayed until each portion of the project was completed. As a bonus, Joshua and his team went above and beyond to correct other issues with the property without charge. I have used numerous building and landscape contractors over the past 25 years and Joshua and his team were the most impressive. I will definitely utilize Joshua and his team on future projects.

My backyard has had MAJOR water ponding for years, so much it looked like a small lake! I got several quotes to have a drainage system put in and to repair this issue. Joshua came out and got me a great quote and I chose to use him. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to happen to fix this horrible problem. He and his crew were all very nice, respectful and honest. He got the work done in a timely manner and provided great communication with me during the whole process and I am very happy with my choice. We had VERY HEAVY rain last night and Joshua actually texted me this morning to see how my yard was. I am thrilled to say there was no ponding and his drainage system is going to work great! Looking forward to the grass growing and enjoying my backyard Again!!!! Thank you Joshua for such great service! I highly recommend!

got hold of josh bout a dump trailer for rent told me 100 called again price went up to 150 with in 2 days time the guy seen were i posted looking to rent one got very angry where i was comparing prices a very rude unhappy person i would not recommend no one to rent anything or have anything done by this gentleman complete rip-off scammer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! josh you told me one price then up it a day later then got mad cause i was looking at other options witch what person should do compare prices. you response when i kindly asked you why came back in txt message very rude unprofessional putting words in my mouth that i never once said. funny how u say not rental company anything else like to lie about josh proof in pic

We had an absolute mess in our backyard after we had a pool and decking removed. MowPower was recommended to me by the company that removed our pool. I am so very happy with our new yard! It wasn’t easy filling in a big hole and regrading our sloped yard. Josh and his crew from MowPower worked so well as a team that we had a new, beautiful yard in 4 working days. At the end of each day, any debris from the day was discarded, all workers were polite, Josh communicated with me each day to make sure that my ideas were carried out correctly. I couldn’t be happier! Great crew! Thank you! Love my yard!

We just had the first big rain since Josh and the crew fixed multiple drainage issues around our foundation. Josh communicated throughout the job and sent multiple pictures afterward documenting all the work he was contracted to do as well as additional steps he took to ensure the issue was resolved. I have already contacted him and scheduled with him to do more work. Its great to have responsive(some contractors won't even return a phone call after a site visit) and quality contractors to depend on. Highly recommend Josh and MOWPOWER!

Mow Power installed a French drain on my property. They were very friendly & professional- explained exactly what they were going to do & gave detailed list of material & labor cost. They showed up when they said they would & left the area clean when they completed the job. Very satisfied with everything so far, will update my review once we have a good rain.
Update 4/4/25 - we have had torrential rains for 2 days- no water standing in yard!!! Thank you so much Joshua & crew!!!

Josh and his crew are top notch! They not only came in with competitive pricing but the most concise and detailed plan of everyone that I talked to. He communicated efficiently and showed up on time and got the job done in a prompt and professional manner. I would highly recommend Mow Power to anyone, particularly with regard to drainage, 5 stars .

Mow Power has been my landscaping company for several years. In addition to regularly caring for our yard and landscaping, he has built a flowerbed and a retaining wall for us. Both have stayed solid and level over the course of several years. We have felt so blessed to have found Mow Power. They show up reliably and do a fantastic job. Josh cares about his customers and stands behind his work. He explains exactly what he will do, and then does that, often adding extra touches. His crew members are respectful of our property and courteous in all interactions. I recommend Mow Power wholeheartedly.

Josh and his team created a plan, followed through on it and helped solve the problem. Unfortunately I discovered a much larger problem later, at no fault to Josh. Josh was very communicative and transparent. His timeline and communication were accurate and pricing was fair for the scope of work.

Joshua did my location sump pipe repair. During the repair more issues was founded he’s very patient and did a very professional job very affordable price. I would give them more stars if I could!!!

I have a property that had been empty for a while and the yard had become very overgrown. The Mow Power team were did a great job of communicating with me and sending photos (I live out of state and couldn't meet in person) so that we both understood what the job would entail. They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price and sent more photos of what they had done. They are now handling the upkeep. Very friendly and professional group - would strongly recommend!

We are extremely pleased with the work Josh and Trenton did at our house. We were in desperate need of a French drain system to pull water away from our foundation. Within only a few days, they dug the trenches, installed the system, and reseeded the work area. They were always professional, and they were definitely affordable. We were so pleased that we are already making plans to have them come back to correct something else.

Joshua and his team at Mow Power was asked to complete a retaining wall, drainage to divert water around a pool and lay sod. Our previous contractor left it incomplete. Joshua, very quickly, completed an action plan with a timeline to fix everything. The sod was cut the morning of being laid. There was no delay from the sod farm to my back yard. His responsiveness to my texts with questions, were answered promptly. Joshua, took the eye-sore that I had and turned it into something I’m proud of. He does not cut corners! His attention to detail was one like I have never seen before. He has passed those expectations on to his team as well. They are a TRUE team! I highly recommend Mow Power! I wish I could give him 10 Stars!

Mow Power it’s the company to go to for your landscape and you won’t regret it. I was very pleased that it only took Mow Power one day to complete this project. Joshua exceeded my expectation for my landscape and he came out few times to water the flowers, plants, and the trees on a weekend. I highly recommend Joshua and his team for your next project because they are very professional, organized, & friendly.

Josh and Trenton came in and fixed a horrific mess of trenches left around our house by a previous contractor. They were timely, professional, and even came to work the day after thanksgiving! We’re so grateful to them for getting our house properly drained. Highly recommend them. Also very reasonably priced!

We used Mow Power Inc. to pave a drive down to our new boat dock on the lake. They did a fantastic job! They were professional, helpful and affordable. We also had them Harley rake our back yard and prep it for new grass seed sowing. When the job was complete they cleaned up the area. I highly recommend their services.
