Great company! Mainstream told me I needed a new TXV for a total of $700. Airtech came checked out my system and said I only needed refrigerant. Saved me $565! So I'm wondering if mainstream was trying to rip me off or their technician was so inexperienced? Either way Airtech is the way to go!

Very professional and very helpful. I called to get my AC checked and they came the same day and I did not know my AC unit warranty had expired and yet AirTech came, replaced a faulty valve and filled it with freon for free. Definitely recommend this company

3 other companies told me it was going to be like 1,000 dollars. Then I called Air Tech and Mr. Joshep Belew came replace the blower motor in like 20 min. Charge me 205 dollars best experience ever extremely professional and fast and most of all cheaper than the competition but high quality I extremely recommend this company. My air went out yesterday afternoon and I called Air Tech the next morning. The lady on the phone was really polite and told me someone would be out that afternoon. I got a confirmation call that Joe was on his way. He arrived promptly and I explained what I had noticed and then we proceeded to the unit. He knew the source of the problem from what I told him and his experience in his field. 10 minutes later and problem solved. No upselling, no lies, just honesty and professionalism. Cost was way cheaper than any other guys around. I will be calling Air Tech for all my future air needs!

As a previous business owner and being prior service military living in Oak Grove, KY I have noticed a couple of things. First thing being there are many fly by night companies and companies thay daily take advantage of the residents here. Second this being a border town not many companies want to pay for another set of business licenses to work in Oak Grove if they have plenty of business in TN (can't blame them it is what it is). That being said Air Tech is based out of Oak Grove so it was nice finding someone that didn't look down on those who live here. We called and they were doing a job in the area so they told us they would be here between 1-2. They called and got here right before one. Normally you get a gut feeling about someone easily especially after getting burned a couple times in this area but I felt instantly that it was going to be okay and he went to work. Twenty minutes later sitting in my house I hear my unit come on. He comes around and tells me that my thermostat wire was bad from the way it was installed under the unit and I did remember seeing that wire when I repaired the flex duct and thinking this doesn't look right (we had to trap an animal in our duct work mainly because of the bad work of the installer that just taped the duct lines to the unit). Anyway he fixed it and he could have said it messed up x y and z and ran up the bill but he didn't. That's rare around here and I will be calling back for any further Heating and cooling issues I have. Thanks.
