I had called and set up appointment for service on a new washer. Purchased in June , delivered in July and installed in new house at the end of October. Still not used when I called due to loud thumping on spin cycle. I called to confirmed parts were received and set up appointment . I sat two days waiting on someone to arrive. No calls, text or emails received. The personnel scheduling appointment was very nice and thought they were being nice. Service LACKING big time.. I had someone else fix the problem instead of waiting again.

When I saw that Anthony had placed a protective towel over the dryer, I was so pleased to see a repairman having consideration for one’s appliances.

Anthony was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable; he serviced the appliance and showed me functions of the dish washer and explained everything in detail. I would definitely call again as all expectations were exceeded. Thank you!…He’s a gem!

John was courteous, he put the parts on my stove and it fixed it for now. Hopefully it’ll be a while before us to be fixed for the 10th time, but I didn’t get to sign his phone Because he said there wasn’t anything he knew of I had to sign for in the last technician why I always had to sign his phone every time he came out to fix my stove. That way, I have proved that someone was here and they fixed my stove

Repairman was timely and courteous. He was on time and called ahead as he said he would do. I really appreciate him coming later in the day so the washer could be fixed sooner than we had anticipated. Parts came in quicker then anticipated. Highly recommend them
