American Heating and Cooling replaced our existing unit and duct repair. They went above and beyond at an affordable price. Highly recommend.

One star for the polite repairman, One star for coming when they said they would come. That's it. Charged $280 for a service call to Stone, Ky, a 20 minute drive. At house for less than an hour.

HVAC stopped running, and this company said that I needed a $4000 replacement unit. Luckily, I decided to call another company to get a 2nd opinion. I was quoted $400 for a very minor fix and everything was easily resolved. Shame on American Heating and Cooling for seeing a young college girl and deciding to take advantage of her inexperience. NOT IMPRESSED.

James was on time and professional, as always! He quickly diagnosed the issue, provided me with my options and had the unit running in no time! Highly recommend!

These guys did a great job replacing our air conditioner especially Nate who helped arrange everything within a few days after determining our old unit was not worth repairing (it was 23 years old!)

Kyle and his crew, Nathan, Dawson and Cameron were very professional, friendly, prompt and did excellent work.. They installed a new HVAC system for me.. A heat pump, ductwork, breaker box, thermostat, vents, etc.. They went above and beyond for me.. I’d highly recommend them and even recommended them to my Mom who’s getting ready to put in a new heat pump.. I’m 100% satisfied with their work..

Waited over three months for system install. Not only did I not even get a phone call, the representative wouldn’t return my call! I called several times just to get an update and see when we could expect our system installed and he would not even take the time to give me a return call.

I called in the morning explaining that I live approximately 20 minutes away and had water damage in my residence and that an entire wing of my Kohler digital home was out of sorts, not responding and making a popping sound. That I had turned the breaker off afraid of fire and was in need of help. I was told someone would return my call as soon as possible and be out for a service call but that never happened. I called again, before closing, only to be told that they don't service residential property or even my area. I'm not saying that the electricians are unsatisfactory or awesome. I am saying that the staff is unaware, uniformed or just plain incompetent and that's exactly what no one needs in an emergency.

Experienced, curteous, and reliable installers that competed the job from start to finish. I would hightly recommend American Heating and Cooling for all your heating or cooling needs. Great people to work with,, Thanks guys!
