These guys are great, gave them a call for a 2nd opinion. They diagnosed the correct problem, and saved us a lot of money. Great communication on time frame they could be here as well.

This company did an awesome job of setting up my solar system and my heating and cooling heat pumps. Electric bill is basically gone. Bosch heat pumps are the best.

I made a down payment on May 18, 2018 for 1800.00 ; this was going towards a unit that was supposed to be in on the following Friday that was going to be picked up by me. That day came, no unit, and this is when all the trouble started. From that day , my calls started being ignored most of the time , excuses were being made, they would set it for another day the following week ; usually a Monday that I could come and pick it up. When that day would come; no unit, no call, no answer! When I did get in touch ,they had the same story each week for a month! “It will be here Monday” or “it will be here tomorrow” “ it will be here Friday”.. all of those days would come and no unit, and no call from them. I once sent someone there to pick it up for me because they said it would defiantly be there on that particular Monday , and it wasn’t there! So , I told them they needed to deliver it to me because of all the aggravation and not ever knowing when to come and get it. So almost a month of the same story , and so on June 15th, I was told again it will definitely be delivered June 18th. Same thing again. So, by this time , I had lost all trust and patience with this bunch! June 20th I had sent in someone to ask what the problem was because I was unable to go; they told him “ it will be there tomorrow”. Tomorrow came and nothing! I made a trip in there myself around closing that day , and was very upset with all the excuses and lies. They offered my money back or said it could be here “tomorrow first thing” meaning June 22nd. I said “that’s fine it had better be there” amongst other words. I came home and decided that no, they aren’t getting anymore of my money , and called them and told them I would be in there June 22nd that next day to get my money, they said ok. Went in, they of course didn’t have the check, said it would be there Monday. Went in on Monday, again no check just excuses. I had to go to lawyer to get advice on what to do. Finally, after I caught them in another lie which is too long to type, I told them what could happen if they didn’t give my money back. The next day which is today , June 26, they called and said they had me a check. So , now all the aggravation and stress Is over. Be prepared.

The 2 men came to my house to fix my air. They we’re very respectful and professional.
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. -
No problem with the install, but they will not show up when suppose too and fix the problem with our unit. This is the third day of saying they will be here and again a no show! It’s beyond ridiculous! And will not answer our phone calls! Literally told us they were on they way on Thursday, never showed, we called and the lady told us she lied and would not be there! Who does that!

Justin was very professional prompt repair my outside train ac heat unit very next day.He saved me 1375.00 another ac person diagnosed and said would be 1800.00 to repair sad thing is the 1800.00 would not have repaired it he diagnosed it wrong .
So if you want a professional good honest price promt service call Justin at Eastern Air Flow. -
Couldn’t possibly say enough bad about this company, surprised he’s still a company. Used this company for a install in mt. sterling. Multiple problems with new unit and when it came time to turn the a/c on water poured from the unit, come to find out it was upside down. Had another company come to do a rollover @ 8xx. Steer clear and go elsewhere

Air conditioning at my parents house went haywire and was acting up! Called them up and they came in a jiffy… whipped it right back into shape now she’s blowing cooler then the other side of the pillow. Dawson was a hell of a mechanic and seemed to know everything about heating and cooling… had him in for some scones and tea after the job was complete… 10/10 would recommend.

Response time was excellent! Your rep Justin was knowledgeable and professional. Id highly recommend Eastern Air Flow for repair any day

I’m not sure of how they do as far as installs, but I know when subcontracted by them to drill for geothermal systems, they don’t pay their bills in a timely matter. In fact, they wouldn’t pay at all if I didn’t threaten to file liens on the homeowners house. Even at that, it’s like pulling teeth to get money. I think this is terrible as they have collected our money already and just refusing to hand it over. We’ve drilled two jobs for them and payment for the first job was finally achieved with the help of the homeowner throwing a fit with Justin and the last job was shorted $208. I am still trying to get payment on this job.
I would still highly recommend to you, as a homeowner if using this company, to verify your payments to this company have been properly sent to any subcontractors working for them. I say this because if they take your money and don’t pay their subcontractors, then that subcontractor can file a lien on your home and can make you pay again. This is a shame to do an innocent “paying” homeowner this way, but that is how the business world works. As a business owner, nothing makes me feel more guilty than having to force a homeowner to pay a second time when the HVAC company has already been paid but then doesn’t forward payment to the subcontractor.
Update:
After review was left, I did get a call and payment for the last job. They stated they have changed management, so given the benefit of doubt, maybe they will do better in the future. As far as the invoice, my driller did make a mistake only because he was convinced by the hvac guy that the loops were included in the drilling cost. If Eastern Air Flow would have answered my calls and told me that up front, I would have explained the problem and made a corrected invoice. Shoot, I probably would have just let it go and not worried about it. But after the occasional response via text message or the one or two times I did get an answer, I was told the check would be put in the mail by end of the week. Never once was anything said about the invoice not being made out correctly or questioning why there was extra money due. Needless to say, the end of the week never happened apparently and I didn’t realize the mistake was made on the invoice. The funny thing is, when I had quoted the job, I explicitly explained the money for drilling was a minimum and the loops, casing (if required) and stone were an extra cost. He said he would have stone onsite for us and wanted us to provide loops. I even offered to drill the wells to 200’ each instead of the 150’ at no extra drilling cost ($48 difference for pipe was the only money difference) just to make sure the homeowner would have the best system possible. The hvac guy said they didn’t want to do the extra depth and give the owner the better system for the $48, to just stick with the basic quote. I doubt the owner was even asked about upgrading the loops for the $48. I was willing to eat the additional drill money ($400 value) just because I want my customers to have the best system possible. Again, if I was willing to eat the $400 for the extra drilling, then half of that for the loops was not a big deal. It should have never had to come to this review. But after being lied to so many times, it became the principle. I still encourage homeowners to be careful but again, with the new management, things may turn around and be much better in the future. I wish Eastern Air Flow and their customers both past, present and future the best. -
So thankful for this team! I had issues with my heat and air conditioning unit, easy to get in contact with and quick service. Discovered the issue quickly and repaired. Highly recommend!

On Monday evening my ac broke. I called and left a voice mail. On Tuesday they called and came out to look at my ac unit. They stated a piece on my outside unit went out and they would order the part. Come Friday the part hadn't arrived, they informed us it would be in on Monday. We went all weekend without ac. Come Monday the part still hadnt arrived. Tuesday they were supposed to come out and repair my unit. They were a no call no show. Wednesday they were supposed to come out and again they were a no call no show. Thursday they finally arrived and said they had received the wrong part and the correct part will be in on the following day. Come the following day, Friday, they said the part hadn't came in and now it will be Monday. Now mind you it was 90⁰ that day. Saturday I called another company to receive a second opinion because we had been without ac for 11 days. The second company (who I would highly recommend) came out when they said they were going to and said the part this company was claiming that was broke, was not associated with the issue with my unit. They had it fixed in 30 mins and it only cost $125 compared to the $895 that these people were trying to charge. 0 out 10 would not recommend. Kudos to Kentucky wide heating & cooling for coming and fixing my unit quickly and cheap!

BEWARE working with this company. Cannot speak to their work....only to the way in which they conduct business with vendors. Okeson Crane Service & Construction is still attempting to collect payment for work performed in March & April of this year. The job was for work performed at Jiffy Lube in Radcliff, KY. According to our accounting system, they have viewed our invoices multiple times since March so that tells me they are well aware of the open balance. We have attempted to reach them via phone and messenger but will not respond. We do not choose to do business this way but they have left us no other option. We are approaching the end of the year and will take this to small claims court if that is necessary - but a business should not have to result to this in order to receive payment.
