Austin Phelps has just installed a whole home generator for us...he had two of his electricians Alex McAlister and "Big" Austin Litchfield, plus two gas line guys that all worked their tails off, and made it look easy. And hour after they left, the power went off in the whole area, the generator kicked on and did what they said it would. An hour with no local power, but the Generac just tooling along made my day! I was most impressed with watching the boss, Austin Phelps, out in the heat, working his butt off as well. I wish everyone could work for someone that did that along side of of his employees. If I could, I would make a Generac commercial to show their professionalism. Needless to say, I'm very impressed!

Honestly hands down the BEST Electricians in the Tristate area if you were to ask my opinion! We had a new service put in at our new site and had put a bid in with Austin and his guys not only did they showed up on time and done an EXCELLENT JOB BUT went above and beyond what they were expected to do and made sure everything went smoothly for us. We will ALWAYS return to Phelps in the future if we need electrical work done and have already referred a customer to them and will many more to come!! Thanks guys for not only your prompt response and professionalism but your kindness and understanding and support and treating us like we were part of your family!!

We had the best experience ever with Austin and his crew. They installed a Generac generator. It took a while, but all out of his control. We have a nice new Generac and actually yesterday the power went out for a short time and it was a smooth transition with the generator. We’ve never had one so didn’t know what to expect. I would highly recommend Phelps electric for any of your needs. You will be taken care of and I know if I need anything in the future I can call and they will take care of it. We have more work for him outside also and I’m sure it will be great.
