Affordable Solutions installed a new HVAC earlier this month and did an extremely terrific job. Tayton and Devin were nothing but outstanding! They were courteous, knowledgeable, on time and took the time to explain the thermostat app to us!
The service department is impeccable!

Great service all around from Brian Caudill and his team. When I requested a quote for a replacement of my existing system Brian was quick to respond and provide. He was on top of questions and quick to get installation scheduled. Brandon Stewart and the installation team were friendly and professional. Everything was installed quickly and they did a great job cleaning up afterward - I didn't have to pick up a scrap! Brian came by the next day to check the work and make sure I was happy. I am! Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough great things about Affordable Service Solutions. Our AC went out and we had a 2 week old newborn at home. After calling multiple companies and explaining my situation, everyone told me it would be at least 3 days before they could get someone out. , I called Affordable and spoke to a woman that said give me a few minutes. Within a few hours, a serviceman showed up and got to work. While speaking with him and expressing my extreme gratitude, I found out that his name was Brian and he was in fact the owner of the business. It was late in the day. He had to drive to Lexington to get parts, but ensured me he would get us fixed and that he did. It says a lot about a business when the owner rolls up their sleeves on busy days to help their employees. We have had to call on Brian again, and he was here after hours! Wonderful business with quality management. They will have our business as long as we are in Richmond!

We have used Affordable Service Solutions for almost 7 years now. We’ve always received top notch service at competitive prices. We have the yearly maintenance to keep our HVAC in good condition and every tech has been professional and kind. Emergency calls are handled promptly which is amazing! We just had a maintenance checkup today and Josh was awesome as always. Highly recommend for your HVAC needs.

Affordable Service Solutions installed new unit in my home addition and the process was seamless and well coordinated. Great communication and coordination with me and my builder. Install crews had great workmanship and were very neat and clean. Zero complaints and will use again for service or future install/replacements.

They were awesome they got job done and fixed any issues I had. They were helpful in getting my new AC and furnace in and set me up with a free extra filter for my AC unit. Really good people.

Affordable Solutions is our go-to company for all things HVAC. They come when they say they are coming and are always respectful to us and our property. Recently when our system would kick on you could hear it in the next state. Brian stopped by to take a look. Apparently over the years it began to sink and became unlevel. Brian and his team came up with a great solution of pouring a concrete slab to stabilize the units. We scheduled the date, the team showed up, removed the units, poured the slab, and reconnected and serviced the units. They kept us updated through the entire process. Our units are quiet and running perfectly once again. If you want it done right call Brian at Affordable Solutions.

Affordable installed our HVAC system and has been doing biannual maintenance for several years now. I'm well pleased with service and their techs are always friendly and efficient. Josh is thorough and answers any questions I have patiently. He does our service calls often enough that he knows my home and my system well. I trust his work and I trust him in my home. Affordable solutions installed two new HVAC systems for my home 2 weeks ago. Affordable was one of six companies that I received estimates from. It's hard to get a read on folks when limited to very short interactions, but Brian (the owner) presented himself differently than most of the other companies' representatives. He came across as more interested in providing me information and learning what I was looking for in a new HVAC system, as opposed to selling me a product. The installation team was extremely friendly and professional. In our interactions, the office staff has been exceedingly helpful and friendly as well. I highly recommend Affordable Solutions!

Brain, Gavin and Dakota (as well as the rest of the team) are very polite and are excellent at what they do. They made it so easy to work around our awkward work schedule and even worked until dark one night to get as much done as possible. Will definitely be using them again if anything else needs fixing. I had them come out 2yrs ago to but a so called bandage on my old unit it helped it last a little longer but now the unit is dead. I had to get a whole new unit. The guys that came out were very nice courteous, polite, young men. They came out and started it in an afternoon and finished it the next day and it was so nice to set the temp to 74 instead of 68 which I had to do with the old unit. They accidentally cut my cable cord. They went and got another one, but it wasn’t the same kind. I called up and talked to Morgan and they are bringing me out the right cord so thank you very much. I appreciate your business and I will send more people your way.

Great company to work with, from everyone in the office to the guys in the field. We had a complete new system, including the ductwork, installed. They were fantastic at working around our schedule and powering through even with the downpour of rain we had recently. Thanks Brian, Gavin and Dakota

I called at 11:30 in the morning on the 25th of June. The lady in dispatch was so polite and helpful. I wish I could remember her name. She called and updated me as she said she would. Excellent customer service. The technician Matthew showed up a little after 5pm the same day, diagnosed the issue, and had it repaired in less than 45 minutes. He went above and beyond to check the whole system, as well as explain in detail of what he was doing. I would and will recommend Affordable service solutions to anyone that need this kind of service. Thank you for such professionalism and promptness. 5 stars all the way!

After 22 years, my HVAC system decided it had worked long enough. I contacted Affordable and am glad I did. It has been a wonderful experience.
Today Gavin, Dakota and Ethan arrived on schedule for the install. These 3 young men were professional, respectful and friendly. They worked as a team, stayed on task and even forgoed lunch!! They are indeed an asset to your business. It's Affordable from now on for me!!!

Today, my family had an entire new system installed by Affordable Service Solutions—SYSTEM AND LABOR FOR FREE!!!!

A couple of weeks ago, our system died and a tech from Affordable Service Solutions told us about a program ran by the manufacturer, Lennox, called “Feel The Love”. Lennox donates a system to a worthy family in need in their community, and AFS donates the labor. We have a two year old with Down syndrome, and the tech helped us get nominated for the program. We were chosen!!!

Install was today and was totally smooth. We’re so appreciative, and it means so much that the dedication we have to our daughter’s wellbeing is worthy of this huge gift. Thank you!!!!
