I had Anderson Plumbing repair a leaky flange and completely replace two toilets. Cannot thank them enough for a job well done. Stephen is courteous, very conscientious of his work and made sure I was aware of everything he was doing. Their credibility is top notch, and I will not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issues that come up in the future.

What can I say? Anderson Plumbing is fantastic! They are always very professional and very good prices for the quality service they provide. I have used them multiple times over the years from a small leak and running toilet, to an all out disaster of busted water pipes covering three rooms of damage. They even came on a holiday after hours to help us then! They take the time to explain everything to you and make you feel that you are in good hands.They are my go-to and will continue to be who my family recommends. Thank you!

The team at Anderson Plumbing is best in class. We have had them do four separate projects and have been totally satisfied every time. They are responsive, do excellent work and charge fair prices. They are very respectful, take care to clean up and go the extra mile to make sure things are right. They are our “go to” plumbers.

Dear Ms. Anderson:

I am writing with regard to work we had performed by one of your employees.

Wednesday, two employees came and informed us that we had a fitting that was completely loose in the crawlspace out of reach – the cause of standing water and drain flies. He complained at the number of them (imagine how I felt – it was both maddening and embarrassing) and recommended we have the area sprayed and that he would be back after. Before he left I informed him that Mills Family Exterminating was due to come early Thursday morning. He told us not to use the kitchen sink and that he would be back after the exterminators had done their job.

The exterminator was true to his word. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He wasn't squeamish. In short, he was professional.

Moving on, I never heard back from the second plumber so I called your offices Thursday afternoon. The lady that answered the phone told me that she would contact your employee and let me know when he would be back. She never called me back.

Friday I called her again and told her we were without a sink and she promised she would call me back to let me know his plans. She didn't.

Today (MONDAY) I called your offices AGAIN. She told me she had talked to him and he informed her he “had it under control.” I don't know how that could have been true as he never contacted us or came by. A text takes 2 minutes to send at the very most. I asked her to call me within the hour to let me know what the plan was. STILL she didn't call me back. When he finally pulled into our driveway, I called and let her know he had arrived. I did this because I believe in courtesy, communication, and follow-up.

I must assume your employee did the job properly...I cannot rely on his word. We never got a written estimate. He was here maybe an hour before he handed us an invoice, which we paid in full. $1,768 for the work seems quite excessive for replacing a broken kitchen drain pipe. Was it inconvenient? Absolutely. I warned him ahead of time that our crawlspace is very small. He acted as though that wasn't an issue.

I understand plumbing is expensive, but it really hurts to pay that much AND have to beg your employees to do their jobs. We are relatively new here, and are having other work done on the house in addition to more plumbing work in a new construction garage we are putting in this summer. There is more work to be done and money to be made by a punctual, reasonable company. Is that yours? I must say that I doubt it. I've worked in graphic design and advertising over 25 years. I know the power that word of mouth testimonials can have, and I just don't know that I could recommend your company as things stand. Were there extenuating circumstances? Is this an aberration for your business? I'd really like to know in a follow-up...but won't hold my breath.
