Just witnessed 6 Hispanic workers on a roof in Hopkinsville and none are tied off. After seeing this. One fell down and slid within 3' of the edge before getting stopped. Then the main Hispanic and one ofhelpers got smart with me for calling them out on it.

Very poor customer services, waited to schedule us for services for 2 weeks, called 10 times, nobody call you back or do follow up

Tech was friendly and professional Work was excellent They worked us in at the last minute We had a water pipe break and no water

My mom has called them and they will not come out here and fix our pipes and put in a new sink and fix the leak under the bathtub and they are always putting us on the waiting list and I am tired of waiting.

Called to arrange an appointment to clear out clogged pipes. Told me they'd call me back later in the afternoon as they were undermanned.

The phone was answered when I called. I was told when they would be at my house. Very pleasant and professional. I was very pleased with their repair on my water heater.
