The Go Getter crew arrived ahead of schedule to remove two pine trees in our backyard. They got set up with all their equipment and went right to it. Very fast and efficient. They cleaned up when they were done, including some debris in the street. These guys are great. This was the second time we've used them and we'll be calling again when we need some tree work.

I've been a landscape designer in the greater Cincinnati area for many years. I've been recommending Go-Getter since they opened their doors. Go Getter Tree Service went and got it!! Professional and efficient and safe. They have the equipment needed to get the job done including smaller lifts when our neighbors were concerned about the weight of the bigger trucks on their driveway, and their workers were all wearing proper safety equipment. Definitely would recommend to my neighbors and they’ll be the first ones we call in the future. Cleaned up our property and the neighbors as well.

Earl was the climber on a crew who removed an oak tree manually from our backyard. The tree was about 100 feet tall and in very tight quarters. Earl was not only friendly and professional, but his work was amazing!

We have used Go-Getter Tree Service twice now. Their pricing was very fair, communication was timely, and I was surprised both times by how professional they were. They went out of their way to take good care of our yard and our neighbors yard and to clean up anything they could afterwards. Would highly recommend.

The work was completed in very professional manner, and it matched the description that we agreed upon with Derek.
They alerted us that were here when they came up the driveway.
The remote bucket equipment was something I had never seen but was very appreciate of it. No worries of a 20-ton truck on your driveway or yard.
The one item that really stuck out was the cleanup afterwards. If you had not known that they were there today, you would have thought that they forgot to come. Best cleanup that I have seen.

Overall great job and we will call Go Getter next time and recommend them to our friends.

After my Aunt and Grandma both used Go-Getter to remove large trees from their properties and were both very satisfied with their work I decided to have them remove a large oak tree in my backyard. Thanks to the help of an enormous crane they were able to remove the tree without any damage to my neighbors’ or my backyard. It was quite an impressive process to watch. All the workers were nice and they were happy to answer my questions. They were prompt to bring situations to my attention as they arose. They even cut up and left some 6 inch slabs of the tree trunks just as my neighbors and I had asked. I think what impressed me most was their cleanup. Besides some wood shavings in my yard and some impressions left in the yard from where the crane was parked, there was no evidence a crew of 6 men had been working in my yard all morning and afternoon.

It started with a dying tree in our front yard that was losing limbs and creating a hazard on the road for our neighbors. We reached out to friends and neighbors on Facebook and Go Getter was highly recommended.
We spoke with Derrick and booked an appointment asap - reasons were they quoted the lowest price, could come over quickly, and, as we would find out soon enough, they went the extra mile in cutting down the tree safely and cleaned up after they finished.
