A big shout out to Dustin who was able to get out quickly to fix my heat. He truly was so determined to figure out the problem and get it running on the spot but unfortunately it was a motherboard problem, something he had to order. He was so polite and considerate of my family and knowing I had twin babygirls that needed heat quickly. He got the part ordered and return the very next morning to install and get the heat going again. I have had bad experience before with technicians and I can truly say he was very knowledgeable and considerate of the situation I was in. Thank you Instant Aire. And again thank you Dustin.

Kaylee. She was very nice and worked really good about getting us a new central air and heat pump. She also arrived at my house earlier than 3pm. She was very good at explaining everything to us.

Dustin showed up right on time. As a retired industrial technician I can appreciate his knowledge and expertise as he checked the system in our new home. We have now contracted Instant Aire for cleaning and to correct some small problems as soon as we can schedule to ensure our comfort and safety this season. Kaylee came to my home was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail to me from top to bottom, and I am a question asking girl. And she dealt really good with my 4 chihuahuas that acted like they wanted to eat her but they just wanted her to pet them, I think they got on her nerves but she was so kind because she took it in 😆
