He did an excavating job for me that was unbelievably awesome, I highly recommend this guy!

I couldn’t have found anybody better than these guys here. I had several jobs I needed done , landscaping front yard, water issue in backyard, grading and leveling side yard, they also installed my swimming pool and I had several other quotes that were a lot higher and less work. I’m very satisfied with all the work they did and will always call on them when needed. Tina

We paid “Smiley” the 500$ he charges to dig AND level the ground for an above ground pool. He dug our hole and then told us we would need lime stone dust in addition to the sand we had already had delivered. When my husband paid him in full, he said he would be back to complete the job for an additional 300$ (returning visit charge).once we had confirmation lime stone dust would be delivered I reached out to Smiley and he responded “ok”. Once the dust was delivered I attempted many times to call and text with no response. He did not return to level or move the dirt he already dug. This left us with a huge mess. I am very disappointed at his lack of responsiveness And the fact he took the money but only did half the job he agrees to.

Update: after Smiley asking to reach back out to him to correct the situation, and me attempting to contact him on Tuesday and Thursday, I finally received a response, he basically stated that I got what I paid for and that just to bring his equipment is 350$ and then an additional 150$ per hour. Be aware of that when you hire him, this is NOT what was discussed. He also informed me that he had a phone within 1 day which means on either day he should’ve been receiving my original calls or texts (prior to my original review in which I gave him 4 days to communicate with me) that he DID NOT respond to. I have the screen shots and text messages saved. I feel as though my business was not important to him and he only is attempting to justify why he never communicated back with me OR returned to do the work. In his original discussion with me he stated he was “10-12 days out for install but could level ground the next day” so for him to continue to say I am not his only customer and I am angry he didn’t get to me quick enough is an insult, I certainly did expect communication within a week of starting the work and being paid. He also keeps saying he can’t control Mother Nature, it did not rain for 6 days while I waited on his response, I know because we were out finishing the work, Still unsatisfied.
